This aquarium shop is absolutely brilliant, mate! They've got a huge range of fish, shrimps, frogs, snails, and more, all in top-notch health. The staff really know their stuff. I never knew that Mollys needed coral until I visited this place!

I've visited this place multiple times, purchased extensive equipment, and spent a significant amount of money. I even drove 40 minutes because of their excellent selection and the professional service and advice I received (which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of just one).
However, my most recent visit left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. The owner mentioned that I had been there too frequently in the past week, asked numerous questions, and apparently wasted their time. They suggested that I should do my own research instead. I felt humiliated and unappreciated, which is a first for me as a customer.
Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this shop again.

I'm relatively new to the fish keeping world, but I must say I've been truly impressed with these folks.
First and foremost, the well-being of the fish is their top priority. They asked thorough questions and performed water tests before letting me take any fish home. This was incredibly helpful as my tank hadn't fully cycled yet, even though the test strips weren't showing any ammonia levels. They provided me with advice on how to improve the water conditions.
I have never seen fish that look better or healthier. I decided on a Betta whose colors and fins are absolutely stunning. I have received numerous compliments on how well-maintained the fish is.
Their customer service skills were outstanding. I had my six-year-old daughter with me, who was a bit disappointed when we realized the water wasn't quite ready. They engaged with my daughter and explained the situation. They reserved the fish and put her name on the tank. We made several trips to the shop because they were so accommodating.
Personally, I find the cost of their fish very reasonable considering the high quality of the fish you get along with their time and advice. You never feel rushed, and they are always willing to help.
It feels more like a family-owned shop with a lot of experience and care, not just a money-making machine like the more mainstream chain stores.
I will be making all my purchases from this shop and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to both new and experienced fish keepers.
