I had a right rubbish experience with this company, mate. They sold me a bow that snapped after only a couple of weeks, and now they're not willing to give me a refund. I understand it's not their fault if the bow was faulty, but Red Frog are denying my legal right to a full refund if I return faulty goods within 30 days. I've had to turn to Trading Standards to sort this mess out. Massive letdown, innit.

Absolutely dreadful service, a complete absence of expertise, and they are so incredibly arrogant. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this establishment and opting for one of the more seasoned archery stores instead.

Incredibly helpful experience at this archery store. Recently purchased a few accessories after getting my compound bow elsewhere due to lockdown rules being followed here. I was disappointed when I saw their fantastic selection, I wish I had bought the bow from this store. I only had a glimpse while driving by as the owner was tending to his garden.

The owner took the time to chat with me (maintaining social distance by the roadside) and recommended some accessories without any pressure or high prices. A truly kind and knowledgeable person. I have already scheduled a visit with my mum post-lockdown as she struggles with the 55lb draw of a compound bow, we are looking for a recurve or lower draw weight compound for her. Additionally, I am interested in purchasing a crossbow from this store.

Hats off to the owner, genuine customer service and a true passion for the sport. It's rare to find such dedication nowadays.

I 'aven't been out to the archery facility yet, but I'll be 'eadin' there soon. I've got meself a recurve bow from Red Frog and a few other bits and bobs after chattin' with the owner on the blower to book in some coachin'. Lookin' forward to it and will keep ya posted.

Update: I've now finished me basic Archery GB for beginners with Red Frog. Graham, the boss at Red Frog Archery, was top notch from start to finish. Really enjoyed the lessons, boosted me confidence a treat. There's a lot to work on and practice, but it'll definitely pay off for me. Me archery skills 'ave already improved, me groups and points 'ave gone up at the local archery group I go to (not an Archery GB affiliate).

So, if ya want to get better or just learn the ropes, I'd recommend 'avin' a chat about the options. Plus, ya can check out all the gear and buy what ya need at the archery store on site. 🏴🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏴

Just got meself a Core ILF bow from Red Frog and I must say, it has exceeded all me expectations. Had to make a few tweaks as I've been gettin' better at me archery skills, but that's on me, not the company. Will definitely be comin' back for more gear when the time comes. Can't fault Red Frog in any way, top-notch service!

I reached out to Red Frog Archery for a custom order for my lad, and Graham truly went the extra mile to assist me in getting exactly what I was after. The delivery was incredibly swift, with just a one-day turnaround from placing the order to it arriving at my doorstep. I'll certainly be returning for more soon. I recently purchased a starter kit from Red Frog Archery Store and later decided to order some limbs with lower poundage as the ones I initially received were too strong for me. The customer service team provided helpful advice and ordering through the chat function was a breeze. Living in a rural area can sometimes pose challenges for deliveries, but Red Frog went above and beyond by including clear instructions on the package, making the delivery process seamless. Thanks to their thoughtful gesture, subsequent deliveries have been successful as the driver now knows where to drop off packages. Not the warmest welcome, located in quite a remote area, essentially a shop set up in a spacious garage. The individual assisting me appeared rather rushed and uninterested in my business. It's unfortunate that this is the sole archery store nearby. Additionally, they have now concocted a response that doesn't align with my experience at all. My visit was scheduled in advance, yet I encountered a disorganized owner. I am not from Edinburgh and my visit did not take place just before Christmas, but rather several months prior. I do not own an archery company either. Their reply only reaffirms the accuracy of my initial observations.
