Just purchased a new battery today. Got it all wired up but it's not working, so I took it back for an exchange or a refund. They told me they couldn't take it back or give me a refund because I had connected it to the van – now they're saying it's used. The manager seemed clueless and suggested it might be the starter motor? I put the old battery back in and the van starts just fine. Went back to the store only 2 hours after purchasing the new battery. The customer service was shocking and the staff seemed clueless. I would recommend avoiding this place.
