Absolutely brilliant service from Scott, who was incredibly helpful and phoned me back promptly, just like he said he would within 10 minutes. I was in need of a fuel injector for my car, which doesn't come cheap! The outrageous prices I was quoted by other suppliers had me in disbelief. After I forked out the dosh for some Mobil1 oil, the chaps at the shop informed me they were fresh out of stock... They threw in Q oil, saying it's just as good... top-notch quality!! Made me feel a bit daft, if you ask me!! Cheers to them for sorting it out.

Took advantage of the Black Friday deal in November '21, purchased a full set of discs and pads for two cars. When I got home, I stored them away, waiting for better weather. Was thrilled with the savings and didn't give it another thought.

Come March '22, the weather was fantastic and it was time to replace the brakes. Everything was going smoothly until I started working on my wife's car. The rear discs and pads were fine, but when I moved on to the front... oh no! There was only one disc in the box. Bosch packaged them individually, unlike the rest that were in pairs, and I didn't notice until I was ready to install them.

I headed back to Bellshill the next day, expecting the worst. However, when I spoke to Keiran, he was incredibly understanding. He acknowledged the mistake and promptly provided me with the missing disc. He was friendly and approachable, making the whole process much easier. A valuable lesson learned - always double-check your order!
