I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Naveed gives great advice without any pressure. Even though his schedule was full - a positive sign - we had to wait a few weeks for the project to begin. It was definitely worth the wait, as the workmanship and quality of products are top-notch. Our old bathroom was completely transformed and a new one was installed, right down to the toilet paper holder, all in just 5 days. Graham and Gary were dedicated workers and the tiling quality is outstanding. Thank you to everyone involved!

From the moment you walk in, they're looking out for you every step of the way.
When we first visited the showroom, there were no pushy salesmen - just a pleasant chat with Derek. We told him we wanted a complete bathroom overhaul. He quickly arranged for someone to come measure up and they were right on time. Then, we worked with Derek to pick out our dream bathroom. He guided us expertly and we got everything we wanted.
Our installation date was set, and Naveed, the owner, was fantastic. He kept us informed and sorted out any issues smoothly.
The fitters were amazing - friendly, efficient, and tidy. The whole installation took just 3 days, and on the 4th day, they cleared out all the old stuff like magic.
I would absolutely recommend Hamilton Bathroom and Kitchen Centre.

Outstanding experience with Naveed at the Bathroom supply store! We purchased a beautiful freestanding natural stone bath, along with freestanding taps, an LED mirror, an LED chandelier for above the bath, a vanity unit, and a WC. Naveed's exceptional customer service skills and deep product knowledge truly impressed us. I was in need of renovating several areas in my home, including the shower, toilet, wash basin, radiator, and flooring. It was a challenge to find reliable tradespeople to provide quotes, with only two out of four following through, and the others not meeting my expectations. After visiting Hamilton Bathroom and Kitchen Centre and speaking with David and Naveed, I was impressed by their professionalism. Naveed promptly came to measure up the space and explained the process thoroughly. The materials and tradespeople arrived as scheduled, with Dirin and his team working efficiently and cleaning up after themselves each day. Despite a minor issue with the radiator, Dirin promptly resolved it. Oh, what a month it has been! We had our kitchen completely replaced, even knocking down a wall between the old kitchen and dining room. After a two-week break, we then had our downstairs toilet and bathroom renovated. Everything was meticulously planned and coordinated by Hamilton Bathrooms and Kitchens. From David and Naveed in the showroom, to Scott, Cammy, and the skilled kitchen team, as well as Graham, Gary, and Cameron working on the bathrooms, everyone was professional, hardworking, and pleasant. They all worked tirelessly to ensure we were thrilled with the end results. I've been residing in Scotland for 3.5 years as a University Professor and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, until I encountered a rather unpleasant experience during a recent visit to this showroom. The staff at the store displayed an extreme lack of professionalism and unfriendliness. Prior to my visit, they had mentioned that they had just completed a bathroom renovation in my building, quoting a price of £10,500. Intrigued, I decided to visit the store to assess the quality of their products and understand what was included in the package. I inquired about the different types of flats in my building with varying sizes of bathrooms, seeking information on the work they had carried out. To my disappointment, the gentleman attending to me seemed disinterested, simply stating that larger bathrooms would incur higher costs. They failed to present any designs, models, pricing details, or product variations, making it clear that our presence was unwelcome in the store. I initially selected this store based on its high online ratings, but now I am beginning to doubt the accuracy of those reviews. This is the second occasion we've turned to Hamilton Bathroom & Kitchens for our bathroom supplies. While our interaction was solely for purchasing goods, we found their guidance and assistance in selecting products to be invaluable.
