One star is far too generous for this establishment. I was supposed to receive my delivery on Wednesday, and the tracking information claimed a card had been left at my door at 13:15. However, upon checking my security camera footage, no one had visited my door at that time. When I contacted the boutique, they refused to take responsibility and redirected me to the delivery service. I had to drive ten miles to collect my item in person.

Upon inspecting the product, I discovered a sharp piece of metal protruding from the zipper, which caused me to injure my finger. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff at the boutique, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They insisted on sending the item away for repair instead of offering a replacement or refund, claiming it could easily be fixed with a pair of pliers.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative, Amanda, not only blocked me on messenger but also deleted my complaint post. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Needless to say, I will never patronize this boutique again.
