What a delightful little boutique with a fantastic range of clothing. I reached out to them on Facebook about a dress that caught my eye, and they kindly set it aside for me to come in and try on. The turnover of their stock is quite impressive, ensuring there's always something fresh to discover each time you pay a visit.
As a size 16, I had nearly written off boutique shopping altogether because of the constant lack of options in my size. It's been about 9 months since I started shopping at La Grande Boutique, and I can honestly say I've never looked back. Each time I walk through those doors, the staff greets me with such warmth and genuine friendliness that it's hard not to feel at home. And the variety of styles and sizes they offer is truly impressive. The quality of their pieces is top-notch, too. There was one occasion where I changed my mind about a top I purchased, and they were more than happy to exchange it for me without any hassle. This place is an absolute gem!

I say, what a debacle! The item failed to make an appearance. They claimed to have made two delivery attempts, yet nary a trace of evidence or cards left behind. They provided me with a contact number to ring up... only to discover they had no parcel on hand for me. And to top it off, this company went ahead and blocked me. Quite the cautionary tale, I must say. Best to steer clear, chaps.
I would strongly advise against patronizing this boutique! The customer service is simply appalling. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the relevant authorities after purchasing a faulty dress from them. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and refusal to accept their proposed repair solution, the shop owner, Amanda, phoned me from a blocked number, forbade me from returning to the shop, and abruptly ended the call. She insisted that I was not entitled to an exchange, refund, or credit note due to what she perceived to be a poor attitude on my part. There was no semblance of an apology offered. These individuals exhibit a complete lack of respect and decency. It would be wise to avoid conducting any transactions with this establishment; it is a guarantee that your hard-earned money will not be well spent here. Zero stars for this establishment!
I absolutely adore this boutique. The staff are always so cheerful and genuine. It's the only shopping destination where I really relish the experience, thanks to the stunning clothing, friendly banter, and sincere advice. I've only made two online purchases so far, but each time my items were elegantly wrapped and swiftly delivered. I will certainly be returning!
I say, the item I ordered never did arrive! After reaching out to them about this issue, the response I received was rather unprofessional and brimming with a touch of bad attitude. I must declare, I shall not be placing any further orders with them in the future.

I absolutely adore this boutique. I've been a customer for more than 3 years and it's been fantastic to witness the growth of this business. The staff are remarkable, and the inventory is simply stunning. The quality is top-notch. Since relocating to Leeds, I've transitioned to their online service, which is fabulous (though a bit dangerous for my wallet). My orders have arrived promptly, beautifully packaged, and I even received complimentary chocolate. Kudos to the team, keep up the excellent work!
Absolutely appalling customer service! I am still eagerly awaiting my refund. I placed an order that never arrived and reached out via email twice to inquire about the issue, but received no response. When I called the shop, they claimed it was not their responsibility. Frustrated, I filed a complaint through PayPal, only to be told by the company that Royal Mail supposedly left a notice because I wasn't home - yet no such notice was ever received. Still, my money remains in limbo, despite the promptness with which they deducted it from my account. I strongly advise against shopping here if you expect to receive your items promptly. It appears they have little interest in expanding their business based on the way they treat their customers.

One star is far too generous for this establishment. I was supposed to receive my delivery on Wednesday, and the tracking information claimed a card had been left at my door at 13:15. However, upon checking my security camera footage, no one had visited my door at that time. When I contacted the boutique, they refused to take responsibility and redirected me to the delivery service. I had to drive ten miles to collect my item in person.
Upon inspecting the product, I discovered a sharp piece of metal protruding from the zipper, which caused me to injure my finger. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff at the boutique, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They insisted on sending the item away for repair instead of offering a replacement or refund, claiming it could easily be fixed with a pair of pliers.
To make matters worse, the customer service representative, Amanda, not only blocked me on messenger but also deleted my complaint post. I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Needless to say, I will never patronize this boutique again.
