If I could award this boutique 10 stars, I definitely would. I had my heart set on a Kevan Jon dress and despite being told by another shop that it wouldn't suit me, I was determined to try it on. I called the store on a Sunday morning to check if I needed an appointment, and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely. She assured me I could just walk in. Despite the hour and a half drive, I made my way there and as soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by the same charming lady from the phone call. She went above and beyond to assist me. When I tried on the dress, it was a perfect fit, and she even suggested I go down a size! The store was beautifully laid out and not crowded at all. My husband has jokingly promised to take me back! Thanks for all your help, ladies.

Took my daughter for her prom dress, she wasn't quite sure what she wanted, I have to say can't recommend this boutique highly enough. Staff were very good with her, giving her lots of time to try on a variety of different styles. We didn't have an appointment but still got excellent service, thank you

I must say, quite disappointed with my experience at this establishment today. It appears their focus is geared more towards assisting individuals hunting for prom dresses, whereas I was in search of an outfit for a significant occasion. To my dismay, I was presented with a rather inexpensive black dress to try on without any follow-up inquiry about my fitting. Despite my repeated inquiries about the Kevan Jon dress displayed in the window, it was not even offered to me in my size. Departed the premises feeling slightly uncomfortable, and even my 11-year-old son noticed the lackluster service.

My experience last Thursday night at the boutique was quite disappointing. I had a booking for 4:30 pm to allow my daughter to try on prom dresses with my parents accompanying us. However, upon arrival, the tiny shop was overcrowded with three other girls already trying on dresses, leaving us waiting around without any space to even browse through the collection. When my daughter finally got to a dressing cubicle, it was half an hour past our scheduled time and she received minimal assistance. Additionally, there was a particular girl who seemed to monopolize the staff's attention as she tried on multiple dresses with her entire family present, making it uncomfortable for other customers like us. My parents, who have health issues, had to wait in the car and missed out on seeing their granddaughter in potential dresses.
The lack of equal attention and priority given to all customers left us feeling unappreciated and undervalued. Despite the high prices of the dresses, we did not feel that our custom was valued. As a self-employed individual myself, I understand the importance of treating every customer fairly and with respect, which was clearly lacking in this instance. Overall, our experience at the boutique was disappointing and did not leave us inclined to make a purchase or recommend the store to others.

The shop was quite snug with an abundance of dresses. I thought they ought to carry a broader range of sizes. Not everyone fits into a 4-8. Despite having scheduled an appointment, there were others waiting to access the fitting rooms. In my view, if appointments are offered, one should have uninterrupted time without walk-ins from off the street.
