Oh my goodness, I now comprehend why folks are willing to shell out top dollar for attire! Let me tell you, this was a truly delightful experience. At first, when I realized the prices of the garments, I almost walked right out of the store. Frankly, if it hadn't been so glaringly obvious, I likely would've made a swift exit! But let me tell you, that would have been an enormous mistake – absolutely massive! Joyce herself attended to me, presenting a selection of clothing for my perusal. I was completely honest with her, and she didn't seem fazed one bit. One of the dresses she showed me looked rather charming on the hanger. However, once I slipped it on, it was as if I transformed into a queen! The fit was impeccable, almost as if it had been tailored specifically for me – and since it was designed for a fashion show, I was able to take it home without the need for measurements (how relieving!). Every penny I spent on it was worth it. The craftsmanship is impeccable, crafted from exquisite quality fabrics, and it swirls around me as though it has a life of its own. I appear and feel elegant – a rare occurrence for me, being only 5 feet two inches and somewhat plump. In addition to the magnificent dress, Joyce made me feel special; she genuinely seemed thrilled to see me looking so marvelous.

Well, where do I start! Initially, I had scheduled an appointment to browse their range of bridesmaids dresses, but unexpectedly found myself head over heels for a stunning wedding gown. Jennifer truly put me at ease with her warmth and positivity. She was incredibly kind and empathetic, understanding my anxieties and reservations about dress shopping. The outfit for the mother of the groom has been acquired. It truly represents luxury and perfection. Is it inexpensive? No, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and in one of Joyce’s creations, you can see where every penny you spend goes. My mother feels like a million dollars, and she looks it in this exquisite design.
My dress was chosen, fitted, and what a difference it makes to have clothing that fits you perfectly.
The showroom is gorgeous, and we cannot thank both Florence and Val enough. Jennifer in the office is also lovely and very helpful, as well as all the other staff who assisted in the process, especially Irene, who made a last-minute alteration for me when I requested a change.
If you are planning an appointment, ask for Florence. She knows her stuff and is an absolute treasure to the business, a pleasure to spend time with.
I won't go anywhere else but Joyce Young for any event outfits from now on.

Jen, in particular, was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect dress. I tried on various styles, went back multiple times, and each time Joyce and her team were incredibly understanding and accommodating.
The personalized attention and genuine care they showed in helping me find THE dress was just remarkable. Even amidst the uncertainties of the pandemic, they kept me informed every step of the way about my dress's arrival, which was so reassuring. Having an on-site seamstress for alterations was a game-changer, and the quality of their work was truly impeccable.
