What an absolutely fabulous bridal experience at Eleganza! Rachel, my stylist, was incredibly helpful and selected the most perfect dresses for me to try on. And Maddie was just fantastic, ensuring that we were taken care of throughout. In the end, I found the dress of my dreams and I couldn't be happier. As a plus-sized bride shopping for the first time, I was quite nervous about how it would all go, but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of Eleganza and the team!
Update: I picked up my dress in December and everything was simply amazing. I even found the most perfect headband to complement my dress. Rachel has been an absolute gem, making the entire experience truly magical.

I had my first bridal appointment yesterday at Eleganza, and it was absolutely incredible! I was feeling a bit nervous beforehand, as it all seemed a bit overwhelming, but the staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Especially Rachel, who was dedicated to helping me during my appointment. She took the time to get to know everyone I had brought with me, asked about my fiancé, and it felt like having a friend there to assist me! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted before I even mentioned it, always one step ahead and so helpful in suggesting different ways to customize dresses. Her expertise was invaluable, and after trying on just 4 dresses, I found the one! The whole experience felt easy, relaxed, and fun, and all the staff congratulated me and made me feel beautiful. I can't thank Rachel and the rest of the Eleganza staff enough for such an amazing experience!

I 'ad the best experience from start to finish. From me initial phone consultation with Rachel, to me in shop appointment with Annie - every member of staff I encountered was so professional and down to earth while still deliverin' amazin' and elevated customer service. Annie was a gem - she really listened to me thoughts and concerns and brought me a super varied range to allow me to experiment. I felt super relaxed and enjoyed meself which is a testament to 'er energy as I was very nervous. I felt seen and like meself, not a generic 'bride' which was one of me biggest concerns. The whole team including Rachel also made me feel super confident. Can't thank you all enough!
