I can't fault Bijoux at all. From the warm welcome at the entrance, to being escorted to our seats and offered welcome drinks. My stylist Morgan was absolutely fabulous. I was a bit nervous as it was my first bridal appointment, but I felt instantly at ease with her and she is truly outstanding at her craft. I was proper anxious and had no idea where to start. Rachel made me feel right at home and relaxed. She walked me through the whole process and really paid attention to my vague ideas about what I did and didn't like. Somehow, she figured out exactly what kind of dresses would suit me. She made me feel so at ease and took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a wedding dress. She selected a few options from my initial lookbook, and we narrowed it down to the styles and fits that I loved the most. Me mate got her dress 'ere, right, and she couldn't stop bangin' on about 'ow good it was. So I thought, bugger it, I'll give it a go meself. Being a plus-size lass, tryin' on weddin' dresses can be proper stressful, innit? But I tell ya, the range of dresses they 'ave 'ere is top-notch. They made sure each dress fit me like a glove or even pinned 'em to make 'em snug.
When I went in for me appointment with Rachel, she was a proper gem. She asked all the right questions and really listened to what I wanted, even when I didn't know 'ow to put it into words. She's a real expert in the biz, she is. And she weren't pushy at all, mate. Gave me all the time I needed to make me decision. I ended up findin' me dream dress and I can't wait to see it again when it arrives.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone lookin' for a beautiful weddin' dress. If ya wanna avoid the crowds, go for a mornin' or midday appointment during the week. Trust me, mate, it's worth it.
