We 'ad just purchased a Seat Tarraco not long ago. This model 'as been discontinued, so it weren't easy to find, you know. Furst James, and then Kian, were right 'elpful in checkin' the availability for us, and they gave us plenty of space and time to make our decision on the purchase. They never pressured us, and all their follow-up were spot on. We 'ad a bit of a delay with our paperwork, but the dealership were brilliant in not rushin' us and keepin' the original deal and valuations open, even with the 5 week wait.
I'd definitely recommend this team and Kian if you're lookin' for a Seat car or any of the Arnold Clark used vehicles. Cheers!

Just had my car's first service because the oil service light came on in my Seat Arona Xperience. The service center guy at Broxburn went above and beyond to get me in and out as quickly as possible (I have disabilities). Everyone there is very friendly, and they even offered me tea or coffee. I declined the first time, but an hour later they asked again, and I decided to have a coffee. By the time I finished my drink, my car was ready. I can't thank everyone enough. I'm so happy I switched dealerships from Edinburgh to Broxburn - they really know how to take care of their customers.

Oh, blimey. This cockamamie outfit is an absolute shambles. Me first run-in with this supposed "car dealer" was yonks ago when I bought a banger that was more trouble than it was worth from day one. And would you believe it, their sales blokes are on the take (a couple of weeks later in a car park, one of 'em let slip it was funding his wedding)! And don’t even get me started on their dodgy car finance schemes – have a gander at Martin Lewis' website, mate. Compensation's on the horizon, mark my words.

The motor I snagged off 'em was riddled with woes. One time they had to fly in some bloke from Italy 'cause our car keys went haywire thanks to a wonky CPU. They admitted it had a host of issues, but two separate garages found nary a thing wrong. The latest debacle saw me fork out over £1600 for repairs (and wait three bleeding weeks), only for the blasted thing to conk out again next day. Dealing with 'em was like pulling teeth every time: Promised my motor back by a certain day during a repair job, but nary a peep from 'em when the day came and went. Ended up having to ring 'em daily for a fortnight to get any movement, and the car back. Then, lo and behold, it broke down again. Another garage informed me it was a result of the botched repair work done by this lot, but yet again they washed their hands of it.

Thankfully, got the matter sorted down at Premier Garage Services in Livingston (top-notch folks).

The final straw came when we were getting a new key programmed and went with a recommended locksmith. Said he could sort it in half an hour but hit a snag needing a 6-digit pin from the Fiat garage (Arnold Clark). Thing is, these jokers claimed only they could provide it (load of cobblers)! The locksmith, bless his heart with over 15 years' experience, called 'em out on their nonsense. Receptionist got right arsey when challenged, despite being clueless. Not only did they waste customers' time, but experts’ time too! And the customer service lot at Head Office are as much use as a chocolate teapot – all they do is sweep problems under the rug.

Steer well clear of this place, I tell ya. Run for the hills, mate.
