Just had me motorcycle leathers altered, as the zips didn't match to join the jacket and trousers together. Top-notch job, the new zips are proper sturdy and the seams are spot on. The original zips would 'ave made the leathers too tight if they did match, see, as the jacket and trousers are different kinds. The new zips were sewn in smartly giving me more room and the leathers fit like a glove now. Cheers!

Has the franchise been sold recently?
My missus has been a patron of ZipYard for the last 3 years, but there seems to have been some changes in the past year or so.
The quality of tailoring used to be top-notch, but now it seems quite amateurish. They've completely botched two jackets and neglected certain items on two other clothing pieces.
It appears that they no longer have a skilled tailor on staff.

I 'ave been 'ere twice now, first time was shortenin' some skirts, they did a great job. This time I 'ad a leather bag with a strap that was too long. The lady there was so 'elpful and did a brilliant job. I would definitely recommend this place.

Outstanding service from the get-go. I reached out to James via email regarding the zipper issue with my one-piece racing suit and he immediately assured me it could be fixed. I dropped it off on a Saturday which was convenient for me, and he promised it would be ready by Thursday. To my surprise, the suit was ready by Wednesday! The new zipper is a huge improvement compared to the original one, and all this for just £35, excellent value for the quality of work.
