David Bennett (15/07/2025, 15:38):
I popped into this quaint little cafe today with my hubby and we were charmed by the lovely atmosphere. I decided to try their lentil soup, which looked appetizing, but alas, after a few spoonfuls, I had to call it quits. The soup was swimming in an excessive amount of pepper that set my mouth ablaze. I'm not particularly keen on pepper, so this was quite the disappointment. It would be much improved if customers could season their dishes to taste. Such a shame, as it had the potential to be a delightful bowl of soup.

Just popped into the store for a quick bite with my folks. We decided to order some pancakes and were informed that they would take about 15 minutes. No biggie, we thought. However, after half an hour, our pancakes finally arrived - but they were all folded up, rock hard, and burnt. The Manager didn't seem to care and showed no interest in addressing the issue. They didn't even bother to ask what went wrong. Honestly, they didn't need to ask, the poor quality spoke for itself. The customer service was severely lacking, and we're still waiting for an apology. Oh, and to top it off, the sandwich we ordered was a total disaster as well. We left feeling thoroughly appalled and still hungry.

We popped into the soft play area, and my grandkids had an absolute blast. However, we found the vegetarian options at Mckinnons to be quite lacking on their lunch menu, so we ended up dining elsewhere.

Had a great visit to Santa today, we definitely plan on coming back next year!
Steven Hayes (11/07/2025, 15:18):
Oh dearie me, these clothes are quite outdated and terribly expensive. There's a fair amount of items geared towards the tourists from overseas who come to Scotland.
Samantha Ward (11/07/2025, 08:45):
What a marvelous shopping destination for my dear mother-in-law! This place truly has it all, from bedding to shoes and clothing, all conveniently located under one roof. We had a wonderfully successful shopping trip without the need for excessive walking between different sections. The staff was incredibly helpful, even providing a clever solution when we encountered a queue at the ladies' fitting room - they directed us to the gents' instead!

The ladies at Pavers were so kind and accommodating, even sprucing up my mother-in-law's new shoes before we left the store. After our shopping spree, we treated ourselves to a delightful coffee and an empire biscuit. Let me tell you, that was my first time trying an empire biscuit, and it was absolutely delicious! These ones were extra jammy with a melt-in-the-mouth biscuit texture - I think I'm officially a convert.

The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. If you're a local or a frequent visitor, the coffee scheme they offer is fantastic value. Cheers to a successful and enjoyable shopping experience!

Just popped into this place for the first time and had a grand little outing picking up 2 pairs of trousers. The lass at Peacocks was awfully friendly and helpful. Cheers! 😊
Christian Murphy (07/07/2025, 02:02):
What a fantastic place! They have such a wide range of clothing items. The cafe there is top-notch, with a clean and lovely atmosphere, and the staff are so friendly. Plus, the prices are very reasonable.
Joseph Hill (06/07/2025, 20:43):
A fabulous array of shops to peruse. While there may be fewer trendy styles on offer, the real gems lie in the plentiful bargains awaiting discovery, provided your size is among them. Additionally, you'll find a delightful soft play zone for the little ones to frolic in, alongside a charming selection of cafes to enjoy a leisurely break.
Joyce Barnes (06/07/2025, 11:09):
I absolutely enjoy coming here to browse for some great finds at a steal of a price, like a Jaeger shirt originally £40 now just £15. Don't let the fact that older folks frequent the store deter you. In addition to cozy fleeces, they also carry stylish tops and dresses, as well as a wide variety of boots, shoes, handbags, and scarves. The food at the coffee shop is freshly prepared, and they even have a play area for the little ones.
Leonard Murphy (05/07/2025, 08:58):
This establishment is a charming spot to explore. The cuisine is delightful and the venue is impeccably maintained. The Tree Top Tumble attraction is fantastic for the little ones, and the personnel are all warm and accommodating. A truly wonderful outing.
Joe Richardson (04/07/2025, 13:04):
What a fantastic spot for some retail therapy, with a plethora of diverse stores all conveniently located in one place. A true shopping haven indeed!
Arthur Wilson (01/07/2025, 21:21):
We adore McKinnon Mills, it caters to all with its eclectic range from the bargain section to the high-end, exclusive pieces. Plus, there's a charming cafe/coffee shop right on site. The only downside is the lack of complimentary condiment sachets for your meal - you have to fork out 10p for a tomato sauce sachet. It felt a tad absurd having to add a 10p charge to my card as I never carry cash, and it never crossed my mind that condiments wouldn't be included with a meal.
Danielle Stewart (01/07/2025, 16:11):
Awesome Fish Shop for all your aquarium essentials. Plus, plenty of other shops to discover. Lovely dining area and ample parking available.
Bryan Hamilton (27/06/2025, 00:51):
I had a splendid experience at this Clothing store! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was amazed by the wide range of products available and the prices were even better than I expected. I highly recommend paying a visit to this store. They carry top-notch items from a diverse selection of high street brands all in one place.
Jordan Cook (25/06/2025, 19:03):
The staff at the clothing store was terribly impolite. The clothes were all over the place, it was a right mess! I cannot fathom how they can treat their customers in such a manner. If you don't enjoy your work, then might as well hand it over to someone who can treat the clients with care. I certainly won't be returning!
Zachary Jones (16/06/2025, 02:03):
Bloody 'ell, what a nightmare it was today, innit? Absolutely mental with the sale on a bleedin' Saturday. Car park rammed, cars all over the place, even on the bloody walkway and coach park. Complete chaos getting in and out, loads of impatient folks in a right tizzy. And that's just outside! All I wanted was to grab a fish for me tank. Thankfully, the staff were as lovely as always. Remind meself: "Avoid goin' on a sale Saturday again, mate."
Michelle Watson (12/06/2025, 12:14):
We source our fish supplies from this place and my daughter absolutely adores the soft play area. The soft play has a height limit, which adds to the thrill for the kids. Although the cafe is a tad pricey, the quality of food makes up for it.
Gregory Hernandez (08/06/2025, 23:48):
What a brilliant wee shopping spot! So many top-notch brands to choose from. I had a grand time shopping at Pavers and Bonmarche, and the staff were as helpful as can be. The cafe serves up delightful homemade cakes and treats, and the parking situation is top-notch. Well worth the drive from East Kilbride!
Jerry Bailey (08/06/2025, 04:55):
A wide selection of clothing and accessories with great deals to be found. Lovely cafe offering nutritious meals. They even have a playground for the little ones.
