The blonde lady at the till is quite impolite to people of color. She was all smiles and friendly chitchat with the elderly Caucasian ladies, but hardly even acknowledged me and another black lady while we were browsing. Left a rather unpleasant impression on me.

Lovely assortment you've got there, mate!

Absolutely dreadful quality clothing at outrageous prices.
I purchased a pair of trousers there a few years back for about £50 - only wore them a handful of times before they began to show signs of wear at the waist.
Then, around 4 months ago, I urgently needed a top and it was the only store open nearby. Spent £30 on it, wore it a few times, and suddenly a hole appeared at the back near the collar. Shocking quality, truly disappointing.
I have no intention of returning to that establishment.

Lovely store with friendly staff, but why does it always seem to be under construction?
