Whenever I visit family in Stirling, I always make a stop at this clothing store, and I've always praised the customer service and staff for being wonderful. However, today when I walked in, I was immediately followed by the security guard in a very obvious manner. I have been working in the security industry for 20 years, both full-time and part-time, and I have never stolen anything in my life. Even other customers noticed this strange behavior. Perhaps he didn't like my new trainers or the new Scotland top I had just purchased. In any case, I ended up leaving the store spending the least amount I ever have, and I've decided not to return. The security guard even stood at the door and shouted "bye" while waving as we left, which was very unprofessional. Even a woman who was chatting with me in the store showed me her bag when we were leaving, expressing that she thought his actions were unacceptable.
