No staff available, products with incorrect pricing, no one at the checkouts for assistance... Quite dissatisfied.
Virginia Kim (07/05/2025, 04:37):
I'm a wheelchair user, and I must say, the folks at the Balloch coop are incredibly helpful and attentive to every person's specific needs and desires. They truly go above and beyond to fulfill any reasonable request you may have. A visit to this store is highly recommended. Dave Kennedy

Great spot to grab some essentials before you embark on your lengthy strolls.
Mary Ortiz (05/05/2025, 23:37):
The staff are really friendly. There are some great deals and plenty of parking, so it's a pretty convenient shopping experience. It can get pretty crowded during major tourist events, though, and finding parking in Balloch can be a bit challenging.

Just settled into the neighborhood on the 25th of February (perfect timing for some extreme weather 🙂) and was over the moon to discover the Co-op open for business, with friendly staff and a great selection of products. Cheers!
Noah Rogers (05/05/2025, 19:17):
I really enjoy popping down to this co-op, it's such a handy spot for grabbing snacks, drinks, and even dinner. Plus, you can't beat the value for fresh food that all co-ops offer.
Daniel Harris (03/05/2025, 21:15):
I must say, it was quite the ordeal trying to use the self-service machine at this convenience store. Despite there being 3 staff members seemingly aware of our struggles and engaged in a jovial conversation, we were completely overlooked. Nearly two-thirds of our items encountered issues during checkout. It wasn't until a young lady with pink hair finally approached us, albeit with a rude attitude, to assist with our final item. This experience fell far below the standard I've come to expect from Co-op, having frequented many of their stores throughout Scotland without incident. Fortunately, my holiday is drawing to a close, so I won't have to revisit this particular store again.
Walter Coleman (02/05/2025, 17:19):
I'm not a fan of the new layout, they didn't even bother upgrading the flooring. The food is way too expensive. I've stopped going there altogether.
Dennis Watson (02/05/2025, 00:00):
The staff at this convenience store were absolutely brilliant! Such lovely folk. I was in need of some information unrelated to the store, and they sprang into action to assist me promptly. I am truly thankful!
Julia Scott (01/05/2025, 03:46):
Great range of the regular foods you'd expect.
They even offer post office amenities and a photo booth.
Teresa Lewis (01/05/2025, 02:20):
It's a proper coop, so you know what you're getting. The staff are lovely, the place is always tidy, and it's open from 7 am to 10 pm. What more could you ask for? It's only a 10-minute jaunt from the caravan park and just a quick 5 minutes to Loch Lomond to toss some crumbs to the ducks. Brilliant, innit?
Brittany Morris (30/04/2025, 18:55):
Great range of Scottish goodies available here. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-presented!
Mary Sullivan (30/04/2025, 13:30):
The Co-op store is massive with a wide range of products, but regrettably, there are noticeable supply chain issues at the moment. The staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly, though.
Tyler Carter (30/04/2025, 02:57):
Absolutely smashing spot for a bit of shopping. Packed to the rafters with goodies on show. The staff are a proper friendly bunch, always ready to lend a hand.
Grace Martin (29/04/2025, 21:37):
Lovely shop, very well arranged considering the current situation with the virus. The staff are quite friendly. Prices are a bit high on most items, but not too terrible. I reckon it's not the place you'd go for your weekly grocery run.
Sarah Reyes (29/04/2025, 00:45):
Decent-sized store with a wide variety of products, but capitalizing on its location in a small town by charging exorbitant prices... beware, mate!
