I am absolutely seething, I reckon it was the store manager who had the most dreadful attitude towards me and other customers, as well as a staff member. I shan't be returning to this store. She shouldn't be interacting with the public with such a sour demeanor.

Seldom do they have the items you actually need in stock, and some of the employees could benefit from a refresher on customer service as they come off a bit know-it-all. I arrived to pick up a purchase and had to wait for over 10 minutes before a member of staff emerged from the stock room. I was quite disappointed with the delay, so I decided to cancel my order and find what I needed at another store. The service provided was below expectations.
