I must say I am quite disappointed with the same day delivery service provided by this department store. I placed an order on Saturday morning and was told it would be delivered between 7 and 10pm. To my surprise, at 10:05pm I received an email apologizing for the delay and rescheduling the delivery for Sunday morning between 7 and 10am. Then, at around 10:30am, I received another email stating the delivery would now be between 7 and 10pm on Sunday evening. It is now twenty past ten and my delivery still hasn't arrived. I am extremely let down by this poor service! I will definitely be considering taking my business elsewhere next time. Additionally, as I am returning to work tomorrow, I am now faced with the challenge of being available to receive the delivery.

Appalling service from a haughty manageress who seems to hold her customers in low regard. She rudely walks away in the middle of a conversation. When I expressed dissatisfaction with a product, I was promptly brushed off. Even her own staff felt compelled to apologize for her behavior as they had to handle the fallout. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
