I pop in quite often as I work just across the street, and I must say, the staff here are absolutely brilliant. There's this one blonde lady, usually manning the till around 1 pm when I swing by, who stands out. Her genuine friendliness and attentiveness towards customers truly shines through. Absolutely unacceptable service!!! I made a payment using a reusable card and a "senior" staff member carelessly discarded it! When I brought this to their attention and requested the return of my card, they rudely tossed another card at me. Even when I insisted on getting my original card back, they lied by claiming they couldn't find it. After persisting, the staff eventually returned my card… What a disgraceful and wholly inappropriate behavior! Could it be because of my accent, madam?
