Today was absolutely brilliant! I scored a fabulous skirt for only £5, down from £40, and a gorgeous cream cardigan, as well as some t-shirts, kids cardigans, and pajamas, all for a total of £20. What a steal! 😅😁😂😂

Just purchased some discounted clothing at the department store, but had to exchange them for a different size. To my surprise, the staff informed me that because they were on sale, they were non-returnable! I explained that I only wanted to swap for the correct size, not get a refund, but they pointed out a sign saying sales items couldn't be exchanged. After a bit of back and forth, the manager reluctantly agreed to the exchange, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It felt like I was practically begging for a simple swap. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

Not as good as it used to be - some items only had a 50 pence difference compared to buying from the Marks and Spencer store. I don't think I'll be in a hurry to return anytime soon.

The staff were absolutely delightful, they really made our shopping experience so enjoyable that we ended up staying in the store for longer and buying even more items. The store offers a wide range of fantastic products at affordable prices, as it is an outlet for surplus and last season's fashion. Brilliant bargains to be had at the moment, although some items are a wee bit low on stock, especially in the smaller sizes. Nevertheless, I'll continue popping in. The missus managed to snag a complete dress for only £8 and a few other bits and bobs all for a mere £20. Absolutely fabulous!

If you're a chap on the lookout for a good deal, mate, you might be out of luck. The clearance section is practically bare bones for blokes. However, when it comes to the ladies, there's no shortage of clothes on the racks in the clearance section. This issue seems to be prevalent not only at this particular store, but at all the M&S stores I've popped into. Additionally, the few discounted items they do offer seem to cater only to the big lads or the slim gals. And can we please have M&S ditch those skinny trousers for good? Cheers!

Fantastic employees!

I popped into this department store to find a new jumper, and I asked one of the staff members if I could try it on. He was very kind and explained the COVID regulations to me (which stated that you are allowed to try on clothes if you sanitize your hands before and after, and then hand the item back to the staff for quarantine if you decide not to purchase it).

While I was in the fitting room trying on the jumper, another employee politely informed me that trying on clothes was currently not permitted. In many places, this situation could have escalated poorly. However, she handled it with grace, took the time to listen to me, spoke with the colleague who had given me permission, double-checked with me, and apologized sincerely for the confusion.

I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10, and I would definitely return to shop with these wonderful staff members again.

This outlet is absolutely brilliant for snapping up some fabulous bargains. Here's a top tip: Keep an eye out for when the main stores are having their clearance sales, as this outlet tends to offer even more jaw-dropping discounts at the same time.

While they may not have quite as much stock as the main stores, it's certainly adequate for most shoppers.

I absolutely adore shopping at this department store, the bargains are fantastic as it's a clearance outlet. I was searching for a smart suit for my partner and stumbled upon a gorgeous blue pinstripe one for just £5.00. Schooler was a steal at only £1.00, so I stocked up on it for my kids. There are amazing deals in the clearance section every day, from toiletries to bedding, kids', men's and women's clothing, as well as underwear and shoes.
