The service was delightful, but they were a bit short on garden supplies for this time of year. However, I did manage to snag some Dulux paint for £3 less than at B&Q. Cheers! 🌼

Mia Brooks (26/07/2025, 09:38):
I always swing by this place for a good deal. It's a quality store, though it can get quite bustling at times, and just a heads up, they don't accept discount coupons here.
Ethan Cook (25/07/2025, 01:40):
I absolutely adore this store, especially for its wide selection of plants and garden products at incredibly affordable prices. Despite my disability, I always receive the utmost assistance when needing help getting items to my car, as the staff is always more than willing to lend a hand. Additionally, the friendly and helpful customer service adds to the overall wonderful shopping experience.
Jack Cruz (24/07/2025, 14:06):
This store is absolutely brilliant! The prices are unbeatable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A top-notch shopping experience for sure.
Kevin Roberts (20/07/2025, 19:26):
Well, let me tell you about Bathgate store, mate. It was just as rubbish as Livingston's, no garden bits in sight and it's only June! All I saw were rows and rows of suitcases, like who needs that many? And don't even think about booking a holiday to make use of them. When I dared to inquire about when they'd be restocking the garden stuff, they had the cheek to say they were already bringing in Christmas bits! Retail shops these days, can't make head nor tail of them, utter nonsense.
Hannah Williams (18/07/2025, 23:22):
The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful, always popping in for a couple bits and ending up with a whole trolley!
Eugene Hayes (18/07/2025, 00:00):
I absolutely love visiting the Discount Store for art supplies! They always have a wide selection of Brunel Franklin products, which are top-notch. I recently purchased 25 fantastic brushes from B&M for only 3.99! Occasionally, you may come across some items that appear a bit cheap, but it's a rare occurrence.
Patricia Torres (16/07/2025, 05:23):
I came to head to the store, according to the website it says it's open till 11pm. I arrived just before closing time and found the doors were already locked. Do they close at 10pm or 11pm? It's quite confusing!
Emily Jenkins (16/07/2025, 01:15):
There wasn't much variety of plants when I popped in, but there was a wide selection of garden tools available. The store is quite spacious, with ample parking, and conveniently located near the town center. Definitely worth stopping by for a visit!
Ronald Peterson (15/07/2025, 06:01):
Absolutely fantastic store, apart from that one time when I almost ended up paying double for the fake grass, they wanted to charge me £900 instead of £450. Fortunately, I caught the mistake and had it sorted out. Visited the Livingston store and they got everything sorted perfectly. Highly recommend!
Amy Long (14/07/2025, 13:35):
I must say, the store is an absolute shambles; it's a proper maze trying to locate anything you need. The employees seem to have a knack for dishing out misinformation without fail. I had to resort to phoning up other branches just to track down some wallpaper. Lo and behold, the Bathgate branch had a whopping 14 rolls of the exact paper I was after stashed away in the warehouse. However, they couldn't quite pin down whether it was the night shift or the day shift responsible for getting it onto the shelves! Sorting out this logistical nightmare really shouldn't fall on the shoulders of the customers. Needless to say, I won't be making a swift return trip to that particular store anytime soon!
Heather Campbell (13/07/2025, 01:18):
I must say, the items at this discount store are quite good value for money. The quality is not bad considering the low prices. I can't complain, especially with the wide range of products available.
Zachary Gutierrez (12/07/2025, 18:07):
Plenty of items on offer, including well-known brands at affordable prices. Occasionally, not as budget-friendly compared to other nearby stores. Ideal for grabbing miscellaneous items and finding inexpensive paint with a wide range of choices. Additionally, they have a garden center stocked with various plant varieties.
Danielle Henderson (11/07/2025, 12:58):
The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide variety of products at really affordable prices, even on popular brands. The store stays open late most evenings, which is fantastic for me since I don't get off work until later. Plus, the free car park at my nearest Bathgate location has plenty of parking spaces.
Ruth Cruz (07/07/2025, 01:35):
Splendid selection of merchandise ranging from groceries and home decorations to DIY and gardening supplies, not to mention a variety of toys for the little ones. This store truly has everything you could need!
Timothy Cooper (06/07/2025, 15:52):
This store has nearly everything you could want for Christmas. The pricing is spot on for today's lifestyle.
Wayne Russell (05/07/2025, 21:18):
The staff is always friendly, there is a great variety of items including well-known brands at discounted prices, and they have late opening hours weekly which is perfect for my schedule.
William Martin (04/07/2025, 21:28):
Just dropped in here and what a find! Absolutely top-notch. Deserves a solid 5-star rating without a doubt. The prices are proper cheap and it's the only spot in Bathgate where I can grab food for me pet rats, snag a bag of garden peat, and pick up a Bluetooth speaker all at once. Loads of free parking too. The folks working there are dead friendly. Hats off to you all! 👍
Mark Alexander (04/07/2025, 13:32):
Pricing on certain items can be quite competitive, however, the majority are not. The range of products available is quite diverse, depending on what you're in the market for. Expect a lengthy wait at the checkout with queues typically lasting 5-10 minutes, depending on the time of your visit.
