I placed an order for a helmet and expected it to arrive in 4 business days. However, on the 5th day, I called them only to be informed that they didn't have the item in stock and were waiting for a delivery from Charles Owen. I inquired as to why they hadn't informed me earlier, to which I received the response, "Oh well, the person who does the orders is currently not available."

Ultimately, they offered a refund, but their lack of organization was quite evident. I'm afraid I won't be using their services in the future.

My missus had a beginner's lesson down at the store. The staff took excellent care of her and she got to ride Danny the horse, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had a grand time as a spectator too. Those horses are in tip-top shape. Well done, chaps!

I placed an order for a bridle a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I've sent emails and made calls but haven't received any response. The customer service is poor and I am extremely disappointed.
