I must say, I had quite the experience with the customer service at this gift shop. I came across a discrepancy in the pricing of a product online versus in-store. When I brought it to the attention of the store manager, they were not very pleasant and did not offer much help. Instead of suggesting I purchase the item online as one would expect when faced with a price difference, the manager swiftly adjusted the online price to match the higher in-store price without so much as a thank you for bringing it to their attention. It seems this shop is solely concerned with making a profit and lacks care for their customers. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your gift shopping needs.

I popped into this delightful gift shop during my recent trip back from Australia and ended up buying a bunch of unique souvenirs to take back home. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going as far as creating a personalized slate for me in just a few days. They even kindly gifted my kids some traditional Scottish bands, which have become their favorite accessories ever since Easter. I absolutely adore my slate engraved with Scottish sayings and make use of the coasters they offered me every single day!

I must say, this shop is absolutely splendid! I was truly taken aback by the extensive range and assortment of souvenirs available here. You'll find plenty of cheeky, amusing, exquisite, and classy items - all evocative of Scotland and especially Aberdeen. Quite a few even feature Aberdonian slang and phrases.

The prices are fair, and it appears that all the items are of excellent quality. The staff member was ever so polite and made me feel right at home.

If you're on the lookout for a spot to snag souvenirs representing Scotland and Aberdeen, this establishment is the one for you!
Elizabeth Morales (23/05/2025, 21:57):
While on my travels through Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Aberdeen, I stumbled upon this gem of a gift shop that left me completely enamored. Out of all the quaint shops I perused (and trust me, there were quite a few), this one stood out as the cream of the crop. The prices struck the perfect balance – not exorbitant like some of the others, yet not ridiculously cheap either. If you're looking to snag all your Scottish souvenirs in one fell swoop, this place is an absolute must-visit.
Michael Barnes (22/05/2025, 19:30):
A fantastic selection of Scottish-inspired gifts available at this gift shop.
