The checkout team was top-notch, so warm and friendly. The only downside was the manager loitering around, who interrupted our chat at the till, a bit off-putting if you ask me.

It was absolutely freezing in there, not cozy at all. But I must say, the coffee and apple pie were top-notch. Such a shame about the chilly atmosphere in the store.

Ah, the other day I popped into this home goods store in the middle of the afternoon. They had quite the range of household products. We picked up a few kitchen utensils, a couple of storage boxes, and a toaster. And would you believe it, we even had change left from £19! Absolutely brilliant.
However, we had to cut our visit short because of the overwhelmingly loud music playing through the speakers. It was quite a scene, especially upstairs. Most of the customers were older folks, and here we were getting blasted with Ibiza Club Hits from the 90s or something of the sort. Good grief!
I was informed at the checkout (where thankfully there was no music) that the head office is responsible for selecting the tunes and setting the volume. So, my advice to them: either change the DJ or you might lose some customers. Otherwise, Dunelm would have easily scored a solid 5 stars from us.

Great selection of fabrics, but I was disappointed to find out that there wasn't a tape measure extension attached to the cutting table when I inquired. Having a portable one would have been handy for measuring items that were too large for the table.

I bought some curtains and brought them home to see how they looked with my new decor. When I tried to go back to the store to buy another set, I discovered that they had been discontinued after only 3 days. The customer service, both in-store and online, was absolutely terrible. They told me there was a set available in a store in Wales, but we would have to arrange to pick them up ourselves as they don't offer store-to-store delivery. Keep in mind that these curtains weren't marked as on sale or discontinued. Now we're stuck with just one pair of curtains that we can't use because we need two pairs. We can't return them since they've been opened, and the company doesn't seem to care at all.

I always seem to find what I'm looking for. I go in with a plan and end up getting almost everything on my list. The employees are so helpful and know their stuff. And can we talk about how spotless the restrooms are? Top-notch!

Ah, mate, let me tell you about my experience at Dunelm. I've been a loyal customer for years and always enjoyed their top-notch customer service. However, things took a turn the other day when I went in to inquire about a warranty for a £70 bin I purchased two years back. I was pretty sure there was a warranty on it, so I politely asked the employee if they could check for me. This bloke goes and talks to the manager, and when he comes back, his whole attitude had shifted. He starts interrogating me, asking for proof of the warranty, like the box or instructions, which I obviously didn't keep for a bin of all things. Long story short, they refused to honor the warranty without the original packaging, even though the item had been discontinued. The way they treated me, mate, made me feel like I was trying to pull off a heist in the middle of the shop. The manager wouldn't even come out to speak with me. Just embarrassing, really. Keep this in mind if you're shopping at Dunelm – hold on to those boxes and plastic wraps if you ever need to claim a warranty, 'cause they won't budge otherwise. So disappointed in the whole ordeal...

Dreadful, lifeless personnel at the checkout. Bought those bubble lamps for the kids and they really ought to be recalled, false advertising all the way.
Ryan Foster (01/06/2025, 04:17):
We popped into the cafe and were pleased as punch with the top-notch food selection, quality, and the delightful coffee. The prices were just right too!
Katherine Bennett (31/05/2025, 09:29):
Fantastic array of homeware products available in this store! They have an impressive variety of bedding options, ranging from single to king sizes. Their selection of soft furnishings is top-notch as well. You can also find quality kitchenware and tableware at decent prices. Overall, the selection is outstanding and the prices are quite reasonable.
Teresa Gutierrez (31/05/2025, 08:09):
Excellent selection of home goods, lovely café with welcoming and helpful employees, and prices that won't break the bank.
Chloe Perry (31/05/2025, 02:58):
The staff at this place are always super helpful. They really know their stuff and can help you find exactly what you're looking for. Honestly, we've never had any problems... well, except for the fact that our dog has decided to make the £300 rug we bought here his new bed 😆...
Leonard Carter (29/05/2025, 07:02):
Popped in to pick up my order, was welcomed at the entrance and inquired about my collection, then received my order promptly! The team was super polite too!
Jose Brooks (29/05/2025, 02:36):
The shop has just been spruced up and it looks smashing. I popped in for some drapes and was chuffed with the quality and price. They were hung on a hanger, making them a doddle to put up when I got back - much better than being all creased up in a flat package!
Alice Nelson (28/05/2025, 22:19):
I popped in the store a couple of weeks ago and Forbes helped me out. He was absolutely brilliant. He suggested some lovely curtains and I must say, he's quite a looker too. But shh, don't let him know I said that. Quite the charmer, if you ask me.
Daniel Williams (28/05/2025, 04:41):
Great selection at the store. I recently purchased a lovely set of dishes, bowls, and cups, but was quite surprised that they weren't wrapped in any paper considering they were fragile. Thankfully, I had other items with me to cushion them. I was caught up chatting with another customer at the checkout.
Eugene Cox (25/05/2025, 20:06):
This ginormous store is an absolute treasure trove for all things home-related! Spent ages browsing through their selection and managed to snag some fabulous curtains at a steal. However, the hunt for ones without hoops was quite the adventure! The café, on the other hand, left much to be desired - severely understaffed which led to extensive waiting times for our meals. Such a shame because once we finally got our hands on the food, it was scrumptious! 🍽️
Madison Rogers (25/05/2025, 05:14):
The click and collect service is still up and running, love. You can place your order online and then receive a text when it's all ready for you. The collection point is easy to spot with clear signs. Just have a chat with one of the staff members, give them your order reference, and they'll sort you out with your goodies. It's a fab service, especially during these challenging times, innit?
Johnny Thomas (23/05/2025, 23:54):
Dunelm is a cracking spot for all your home goods needs. However, it's a bit snug in there, making it tricky for folks to navigate through the aisles. With all the gear and bits and bobs crammed in, it can be a bit of a squeeze to get past each other.
Carl Kim (21/05/2025, 23:48):
Great spot for all your soft furnishings like curtains, sheets, cushions, and a fantastic variety of other bits and bobs. During my last visit, I noticed they were rearranging things and it seemed like they were changing up their selection.
