The prices at that store are absolutely criminal! I couldn't believe it when I saw they were charging over £7 more for a 4x2 length of timber compared to my regular supplier. It's outrageous that non-trade customers will be getting ripped off like this without even realizing it. And don't even get me started on the trade card - so far it's been completely useless and hasn't saved me a penny. It's a complete waste of plastic!

I must say, I was well chuffed with the top-notch service provided by Matthew and Musa at the home improvement store. Those two young fellas swiftly sorted out and sawed up the plywood I needed just the other week. Otherwise, I reckon I would've had to make a return trip another day. Not too pleased with the experience, mate. Went and grabbed a black storage box for £25, but it had a crack on the lid.
Got it replaced, finally got home with a new box, but there were no instructions inside, what a nightmare!
Luckily, we figured it out without having to go back.
Could've been a better day, really. BQ Bishopbriggs.
Customer complaint: No offer from the staff to help carry the large box from the store.
Oh well, never mind! Cheers.

Was not too impressed with the experience at the store. Managed to find what we were looking for, but certain sections like the grow bags were oddly set up, making it difficult to reach them easily. The checkout lady was a bit abrupt, insisting that we move the trolley back to scan the items, which seemed unnecessary and slightly impolite. She then proceeded to engage in conversation with a colleague right after our transaction, which felt a bit unprofessional.

If I were able to give zero stars, I most certainly would! The employees are completely useless, extraordinarily impolite, lacking professionalism, dreadfully slow, and seem more focused on upselling items, even when it's not what was requested. To top it off, the young man assisting me wasn't even from that department! I will never set foot in this BnQ store again!!! Absolutely awful, untrained staff!!!

Just popped over to the gargantuan B&Q at Strathkelvin Retail Park in Bishopbriggs, and let me tell you, it's like a football stadium of home improvement goodies! B&Q truly stands tall without any real competition on the high street, firmly established as a British favorite. The product range is top-notch, although comparing the value can be a bit tricky. The garden section is especially impressive, boasting some truly fantastic plants. A must-visit for all your home improvement needs!

I absolutely adore swinging by this shop when I'm out shopping in the retail park. The reason being that the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, the store offers a fantastic selection of products at great prices. Based on my recent visits, I find that their products are competitively priced and definitely worth investing in. From blinds to cushions to paints, they all come with a fabulous price tag! I simply love this store!
I could really use some advice from anyone willing to share. I'm currently working on my living room decor, using Manhattan grey over aff white walls. It's been quite the project - three coats in and I'm still not quite where I want to be. I even had a little mishap with a scrape on the main wall - oh, how I despise DIY tasks sometimes! I'm now contemplating wallpaper for that main wall... When should I start? How should I go about it? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Just taking it one step at a time and hoping to motivate myself to get it done - as we say, giving myself a little kick up the Jaksy! 😉
