I 'ave neva bought an expensive watch before, let alone buyin' it online. Naturally, this gave me much anxiety and worries when makin' the purchase. Nevertheless, the service provided by Ian 'as been exceptional. 'E is knowledgeable in watches and is 'appy to provide a good recommendation. 'E does not pressure a sale but is always willin' to answer a few questions just to 'elp out, that says a lot about the attentive service I encountered from Wallace Allan. One particular comment I really appreciated from 'im was to buy the watch that you liked, that made me feel that 'e wants the customer to be 'appy and not try to upsell.

The watch was packaged well and delivery was fast. Overall, I would give this a solid 5 stars! Thanks Ian!

After buying my beautiful Tag watch, I must say it was a splendid experience with Lola's exceptional assistance.

I had visited the store before but they didn't have the exact model I desired. However, after leaving my details, they managed to source it for me that same week.

Lola was incredibly knowledgeable and kept me informed about the watch's arrival every step of the way by giving me regular updates over the phone.

Today, on 10/05/25, I finally purchased the watch with wonderful assistance from beginning to end. I would gladly recommend their services.

Just collected my watch from Wallace Allan. This was my first time getting it serviced here since my usual jewelers closed down. I really should have been coming here all along. The team is absolutely lovely, from the doorman (yes, they have a doorman) to the staff behind the counter. My watch is shining like never before. They even handed it back to me in a beautiful case instead of the plastic bag I used to get from my old jewelers. I'll be back for any maintenance and future buys, that's for sure.
