I recently purchased some lovely pyjamas from an online lingerie store on the 20th of November. After a few days, I received an email notifying me of a delay in delivery but ensuring me that my parcel would be on its way soon, with a follow-up email once dispatched. However, to my disappointment, 10 days passed without any update. I reached out to them on Twitter only to be informed that my order had been canceled, and they would be processing a refund within 3 to 5 days. No reasons were provided for this abrupt cancellation, and to add insult to injury, the items are now available online at full price. This kind of deceitful behavior is truly disappointing and reminiscent of past lingerie store scandals. It's a shame to see Boux Avenue heading down a similar path. The lack of transparency and poor customer service are truly disgraceful.

I had a bit of a puzzling experience at Aberdeen Staff today! Sadly, there was a lack of Christmas cheer and not even a friendly smile to be found. I must say, I was quite let down. It seemed like too much trouble for them to package my purchases separately!

I would have given a 5-star rating, but the customer service is rather lacking, I must say. I recently made a purchase and requested a hand sanitizer or a napkin, only to be told they didn't have any on hand. Quite surprising for a place of this nature, one would think they would be well-prepared considering the type of business they're in. I was quite taken aback, to be honest. I even contemplated returning the items until another staff member finally provided me with a paper towel, albeit after what seemed like 15 minutes of searching. Oh dear!
