My grandsons hired a kilt from another shop in Aberdeen for his prom and it turned out to be a total disaster. We quickly drove down to Slaters at 4:30 and I said to the manager, "Help". After explaining the situation, he called Dave to assist us. By that time, my 12-year-old grandson was becoming emotional as he thought he wouldn't have anything to wear to the prom. Dave not only sorted him out with trousers but also had them tailored, arranged a shirt, tie, shoes, and a waistcoat for him. All of this was done in just 35 minutes. When we got home and he tried on the whole outfit, his smile could have lit up Aberdeen. The level of service provided was exceptional. All the staff who went above and beyond to help us were amazing. Thank you so much.
