I popped into Ellis Brigham to sort out a tweak on my ski boots that I copped last year but only got around to hitting the slopes in 'em a few weeks back! John was the lad who sorted us out, and let me tell ya, he was top-notch. He took a gander at the adjustments made when the boots were originally purchased and then sussed out the best way to make 'em fit like a glove. The bloke showed off his vast knowledge, carried himself professionally, and explained what needed fixing and how to do it. After he worked his magic, my right boot felt spot on and matched the left one perfectly. I'd always recommend Ellis Brigham's cos they provide such a stellar service and sort out any issues without a fuss.

What a top-notch experience! The entire crew was super friendly, and Chris (?) really went above and beyond to assist us. He took the time to measure our feet and explain which boots would be best for us. We didn't even realize the store was about to close, and he still dedicated his time to help us out - despite probably having a whole list of other tasks to tend to!
Massive thanks for the outstanding service and for hooking us up with insoles. We're crossing our fingers that they help address some issues, and we look forward to popping back in for boots on our next visit to Aviemore. Cheers!

And to top it off, they were able to transfer the molded soles from my old boots that were done there over a decade ago.
