I must say, I'm quite fond of the assortment you've curated here at the shopping mall, although I couldn't help but notice a fair number of vacant units dotting the premises. If you'd be amenable to discussing terms, I may just have an interest in procuring one myself. Let's see if we can strike up a mutually beneficial agreement, shall we? 🤝

This shopping mall is not the greatest, I must say. It's just an average place to do some shopping. With the exception of John Lewis, there are hardly any men's clothing stores here. There are plenty of cafes and women's clothing shops, but they are all chain stores. The mall seriously lacks independent shops, although the cafe where you only pay for your time rather than the product is quite impressive.

I must say, M&S, what a breakfast spot! I had the most delightful experience 😋 during my visit. The day before, I indulged in some scrambled eggs with bacon that were simply divine. As a former chef myself, I was impressed - it almost rivaled my own creations. The dishes were freshly prepared with top-notch ingredients, and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better. I already know where I'll be heading on my next outing, and you should too. It's a great bang for your buck, and the restaurant is impeccable - spacious, clean, and conveniently close to the toilets.

I absolutely adored how this shopping mall stretched across a few streets onto the bustling Union Street. While it didn't quite meet my high expectations in terms of size, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful setup to cater to families with children on school holidays - from sand pits to various entertainment options scattered throughout the mall. Simply fabulous! I would definitely make a return visit.

Regrettably unremarkable spot. A good 50% of the shop spaces lay deserted. Mostly posh cafes nowadays. Hardly any raison d'être for the edifice currently.

Inside this shopping mall, you'll stumble upon a delightful bookshop filled to the brim with all sorts of reading material! I highly recommend paying a visit, although be prepared for the fact that bulk purchases may not come with a discount (hence my 3-star rating).

Over the last few decades, the shopping mall in the City center has really flourished, despite a decline in traditional high street shops. Visitors can enjoy a range of well-known stores like WH Smith, Super Drug, and various perfume and aftershave retailers, as well as trendy shoe shops. Plus, there's the convenience of having a Marks and Spencer nearby.

However, it seems like the City Council should shift its focus to address the ongoing challenges resulting from the oil industry downturn.

Just recently, there have been issues with homeless individuals gathering near the Marks and Spencer store, which has deterred some people from enjoying this otherwise lovely area.

Not exactly the bustling shopping mall it once was, I'm afraid. Quite a few shops have shut down recently. It seems to be more of a passageway these days, connecting George Street to Union Street.

However, the rooftop garden is absolutely delightful and a wonderful spot to relax when the sun is shining. Just be wary of the seagulls if you have snacks with you - they have quite the appetite and might just decide to join you for a nibble! 😆 🤣

This shopping mall is divided into two buildings with a bustling road running through the middle. The upper level is still under construction but the bathrooms are quite lovely and well-maintained. The facilities for children are top-notch and I really appreciate that. However, I must say the overall cost of food is a tad bit high for my liking.

The absence of wage hikes has truly taken a toll on the shopping experience. Do you recall those days when Saturdays were meant for leisurely shopping trips, picking up new clothes or games without a second thought? It's hard to picture casually dropping a hundred pounds on miscellaneous items nowadays, isn't it? My heart goes out to establishments like these, patiently weathering through the lull until the holiday seasons. It does cast a somber shadow.

I once reached out to the management team, inquiring if they kick off their morning briefings with a cheery "Good Morning, I trust everything is going swimmingly?" Alas, I never received a response. Such a pity.
Kenneth Diaz (26/05/2025, 03:50):
Great spot for families with lots to offer
Limited shopping options but great dining choices
Easy stroll to Union Square from here
Bon Accord parking is a bargain compared to Union Square
Be mindful of parking regulations in the narrow alleyway.
Matthew Hamilton (25/05/2025, 19:00):
Great shops, however, there seems to be a frequent presence of individuals struggling with substance abuse and others engaging in public drinking within the vicinity.
Kyle Alexander (23/05/2025, 18:15):
Great variety of stores and shops, love the vibe in the mall!
Brian Russell (23/05/2025, 06:55):
At present, the shopping center feels like a bit of a ghost town with only a handful of shops and not many visitors. On the bright side, there are some unique stores here that you can't find in Union Square, all of which are popular high street brands. However, it would be great to see these shops consolidated into Union Square and perhaps repurpose Bon Accord for other public uses.
Sophia Reyes (23/05/2025, 06:06):
Bon accord is always a top choice for families. The stores are delightful, the staff is very helpful and well-trained, and the play area is always in great condition. With plenty of shopping options, Bon accord is definitely a fantastic place to spend the day.
Austin Wright (22/05/2025, 18:53):
The mall closed up shop early with my car snugly parked in the parking lot. The only entrance to the parking lot was through the main road for vehicles.
Joshua Kim (22/05/2025, 10:00):
Great spot for a bit of retail therapy! The shopping mall is tidy and well-organized, with fantastic play areas for the little ones and a cool museum pop-up. I love how they've made use of the extra space. And let's not forget about the easily accessible and spotless restrooms. A definite win in my book!
Douglas Edwards (20/05/2025, 05:35):
Great variety of stores and dining choices. You can find Pret A Manger and Di Maggios on the top floor, lovely spacious eateries.
Layla Green (17/05/2025, 14:01):
Plenty of parking available at the shopping mall, a wide variety of stores to choose from, numerous options for grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat, perfect for a rainy day, and everything conveniently located under one roof.
Lawrence Green (17/05/2025, 00:29):
A great spot for shopping and dining while you're in the area. And currently, the Christmas decorations are quite charming to behold as well. Cheers!
