Discover Trinity Aberdeen: A Unique Shopping Destination

Trinity Aberdeen, located at the heart of the city, offers a distinctive shopping experience for locals and visitors alike. With in-store shopping options that cater to a variety of tastes, it's becoming a go-to spot despite facing challenges.

A Variety of In-Store Shopping Options

At Trinity Centre, shoppers can find a wide array of stores. From clothing to groceries, the variety of shops allows you to get almost anything you're looking for. While it may not have the same extensive options as nearby Union Square, Trinity is a simpler, more laid-back alternative. The presence of unique shops, such as the new Snugology and local stalls, is certainly a highlight.

On-Site Services for Convenience

Trinity Centre provides several on-site services to enhance your shopping experience. Visitors can enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the mall, making it easy to browse online or connect with friends while shopping. Multiple payment options, including credit cards and debit cards, ensure a smooth transaction process, catering to everyone’s preferences.

Accessibility Features

Accessibility is paramount at Trinity. The wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park make it easier for those with mobility challenges to visit the centre. Additionally, the availability of wheelchair-accessible toilets and changing tables helps ensure a comfortable experience for families with children. However, some reviews highlight the steep stairs from Guild Street, indicating a need for improvements in this area.

Parks and Amenities

Parking at Trinity is convenient with a paid multi-storey car park that offers ample spaces. Many visitors appreciate that they can register their vehicles via the RingGo app for easy access. Though there are long queues during busy weekends, the central location within Aberdeen makes it worth the hassle.

Family-Friendly Environment

Trinity Centre is designed with families in mind. The space has plenty of amenities that cater to both children and adults. The friendly staff and security personnel contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that families feel comfortable while enjoying their shopping experience.

Overall Experience

Despite facing criticism for having many empty units and a somewhat dated appearance, Trinity Centre remains a clean and well-organized shopping mall. Visitors often mention the warm, inviting environment and friendly service, adding to the overall charm of the place. While the accessibility and modern amenities are commendable, it's essential for management to continue working on improving the tenant mix to bring back the vibrancy this shopping centre once had. Exploring Trinity Aberdeen, especially for those already in the city, can lead to unexpected finds and experiences that make it worth a visit.

FANTASTIC SHOPPING MALL 🛍 SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES IN EFFECT! PLENTY OF SHOPS TO CHOOSE FROM, LOADS OF DEALS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. 🛒🎉
Alice Rodriguez (28/07/2025, 06:10):
Most of the shops 'ave closed down now. There's hardly anything left!
The parking closes at '18:30PM' as the sign says, which is not only grammatically incorrect but probably about 3.5 hours too early for nowadays.
Nancy Evans (23/07/2025, 15:43):
This shopping mall is a neat and tidy little center with a selection of decent shops.
Doris Perry (21/07/2025, 20:22):
With a broad selection of typical shops, this mall is your standard one-stop shopping destination. The major stores include John Lewis, Next, and Boots, but there is also a good variety of clothing, footwear, and other retailers within the mall.

The food court, while generally clean, lacks excitement in its offerings. The restroom facilities are similar in standard but are well-maintained.

The mall is easily accessible from both ends of the street and boasts ample parking space that is serviced by lifts. While not overly pricey, the parking fees are reasonable for the convenience provided.
Kathryn Alexander (20/07/2025, 23:59):
It's an alright shopping mall, but it's a bit lacking in terms of the range of stores. Like many places in Aberdeen, there's a good mix of restaurants to choose from, but the options for shopping are a bit limited - although some of them are quite unique and worth a look.
Sarah Henderson (20/07/2025, 11:14):
Great variety of stores and convenient connections to Union Street, Bridge Street, and Guild Street make this shopping mall a fantastic choice for all your shopping needs.
George Taylor (19/07/2025, 03:25):
The central parking area in Aberdeen is just splendid, offering convenient access for all the shoppers and visitors in town. Plus, if you've registered your car on the RingGo parking app, it's a breeze to come and go. Aberdeen, a delightful place to explore indeed! Cheers!

Popped into Thistle Gem to find a fascinator for a wedding. Swapped out a vibrant orange one for a more understated red one. Even though the styles were identical, I wasn't offered the choice of a clip-on option, only a headband.
Still got charged the same £12.
Disappointing experience, ladies, I would recommend avoiding this shop. Lacking in customer service.
It's a shame - such lovely items but lacking in service 😣
Joshua Gonzalez (11/07/2025, 10:35):
The shopping mall is pretty good because of its stores and convenient access to Union Square and Union Street. I quite enjoy the staircase with the mountain design, although it's a really steep ascent and not advisable if you've just had a meal.
Frank Perez (08/07/2025, 20:58):
Lovely little spot for a bit of shopping, isn't it?
Nicole Coleman (08/07/2025, 20:27):
How about we offer Shot n Roll a wee discount on their rent and watch those 5-star reviews roll in, eh?
Julie Johnson (08/07/2025, 07:02):
Lovely spot, super convenient for public transport, dining options, and city exploration.
Austin Myers (06/07/2025, 07:24):
This shopping mall offers a wide range of luxury and entertainment shops, as well as some lovely snack venues and a healthy smoothie bar. It's a delightful place to wander around and explore. You're sure to find a store that catches your eye. My top pick is HMV; I'm a big fan of building up my entertainment collection there.
Kevin Peterson (06/07/2025, 03:32):
Regrettably, Union Square seems to be attracting many excellent shops, and I am concerned that other shopping destinations like here and Bon Accord will continue to suffer from the loss of these quality stores.
Dorothy Young (03/07/2025, 14:22):
This shopping mall is beginning to show its age, and parking your car can be quite tricky and pricey in the city center. Be mindful of which entrance you use, as there are small stalls with vendors who may approach you with questions. Despite these inconveniences, it is still a pleasant location. The quality of the coffee has declined over time, or perhaps my tastes are evolving as I age.
Henry Jordan (02/07/2025, 17:39):
What a lovely shopping mall, quite spacious indeed! It's a pity that not all the shops are open, but given the current situation with Covid-19, it's not surprising. The cleaning team is really on top of things, you hardly ever see any rubbish around as there are no bins. It's always a pleasant experience to visit this place. I especially enjoy Debenhams, Greggs, Superdrug, Primark, Holland & Barratt, and HMV!
Mia Hamilton (01/07/2025, 22:51):
Alas, a mere echo of its former self. Debenhams, Argos, Schuh, and others have departed long ago. HMV remains, as does Primark, but they can be reached from Union Street without even setting foot in Trinity Centre. Once the premier destination, it now pales in comparison to its former glory!
Beverly Williams (29/06/2025, 22:39):
You can discover Debenhams here, which offers a wide selection of top makeup and perfume brands to meet all your needs. Another budget-friendly option is Primark, which has everything you need at affordable prices. Additionally, there are numerous other brands available, making it a great place to explore. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, creating a friendly shopping experience.
Henry Reyes (27/06/2025, 22:10):
Not exactly the place to be, mate. Just a bunch of shops, really. It's totally overshadowed by its bigger, better, and more exciting brother, Union Square, right across the street. If you absolutely must pop in, head to Trinity Centre first so that when you walk down those steep stairs to Union Square, you'll be well chuffed with yourself. Trust me, going to Union Square first and trudging up those stairs will be a right letdown!
Bryan Hamilton (26/06/2025, 18:22):
There appears to be a lack of measures in place to discourage individuals from vaping within this shopping center. I found it quite challenging to explore the shops as I was constantly surrounded by clouds of vapor. The entrance from Union Street was crowded with smokers, causing me to cough even before entering the premises. Furthermore, the overt vaping in various locations made it difficult for me to breathe properly. The prevalence of addiction in Aberdeen city is truly startling.
