This shopping mall is a wonderful place to explore, with picturesque walks and boat rides available. Amidst the stunning scenery, there are charming shops and eateries to enjoy. Additionally, they host a captivating bird of prey exhibition, although the admission fee of £9.50 per adult may seem a tad steep. My parents and I opted to skip it, and we noticed another family and a couple doing the same. During our visit, we were delighted to stumble upon a vibrant market, which apparently takes place most Sundays in the summer. While there were plenty of food stalls, there was a shortage of outdoor seating not linked to the permanent restaurants on site. This posed a challenge for my father, who has mobility issues. Despite this, I would highly recommend a visit to this lovely destination.

As much as I adore Loch Lomond, I must say that Loch Lomond Shores is rather lacking in charm. It seems to cater more towards unsuspecting tourists, giving off a bit of a tourist trap vibe. While it does offer watersports activities and the Maid of the Loch, which holds a special place in Scotland's history despite undergoing renovations, I would only rate it three stars during the peak of summer. However, at the start or end of Scotland's brief summer season, it appears somewhat deserted and melancholic.

This place is absolutely fantastic for a family day out. The views are stunning and there are so many activities to keep everyone entertained, such as boat rides, cruises, bike trails, and walking trails. For the more adventurous, there's the tree zone, birds of prey shows, and even a sea life aquarium.

And don't even get me started on the shopping complex! You could easily spend hours browsing through the shops. And when hunger strikes, you have to check out Jurassic Grill. The dinosaur-themed ambience is a hit with the kids, and the food is just amazing.

I would definitely recommend this place for a fun-filled family outing.

This formed part of the coach tour itinerary. I must say, I was a tad underwhelmed by the range and quantity of shops on offer; however, my spirits were lifted upon discovering the Sunday market, which more than made up for it. I savored a delightful stroll along the shoreline, truly pleasant.

Lovely spot for a bit of shopping, especially during the festive season. They've got a great array of clothing and footwear stores. Plus, there are plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. Perfect for a leisurely stroll or a relaxing coffee break.

Y'all can find a bit of everything at Loch Lomond Shores. From wandering through the woodland and meadow trails to browsing the shopping mall or grabbing a bite to eat at the food outlets. Don't miss the exhilarating aerial tree top experience, relaxing boat trips, or even chilling at the small beach. And the cherry on top? Plenty of free parking for y'all to enjoy!

Astonishing natural environment! So many trees, fresh air, and such tranquil surroundings that you can hear the birds chirping. On the right side, you can stroll through the park and catch a glimpse of a stunning castle with breathtaking views, although regrettably it is currently closed to visitors. On the left side of the waterfront, there's an aquarium and numerous shops where you can purchase souvenirs or grab some food.
Evelyn Ramos (06/08/2025, 13:49):
What a delightful spot to explore.
My hubby and I took our 2-year-old grandson for a visit, and oh, did he have a jolly good time at the sealife center!
It was ever so tidy compared to other aquariums we've been to.
The Jurassic grill simply blew his socks off.
The views were quite splendid, we shall most certainly return for another outing.
Ann Fisher (06/08/2025, 13:35):
Lovely to get a proper look at them sea critters. The rock pool bit gets you right up close with the ocean foes, but it's a tad on the small side. You can zip around the whole joint pretty swiftly. We circled back a few times and caught a couple episodes of Octonauts to stretch out the fun. Pricey little outing too!
John Ross (05/08/2025, 21:10):
This shopping mall is absolutely brilliant for a leisurely stroll and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, with fantastic activities like boat rides and an Aquarium to explore. You can also shop at the high street stores and enjoy occasional street food markets and other delightful offerings. Such a lovely spot for a day out!
Andrew Bennett (05/08/2025, 18:04):
Absolutely adore this place! With its array of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, it's a delightful spot to spend the day. The aquarium and expansive park for the little ones add to its charm, and the stunning views that surround it are simply breathtaking. For a unique experience, you can even rent boats to leisurely row around the Loch. Suitable for all ages and definitely worth a visit. Just make sure to choose a day with pleasant weather to fully enjoy all it has to offer!
Keith Cook (04/08/2025, 20:59):
The shops ain't really anything to write home about. You've got your Sports Direct, Fraser's (bit on the pricey side), a shoe store, a winter outlet shop (good deals), and a few other small stores.

You'll also find a sea life center and a couple of dining spots.

But the main draw here are the views, which are top-notch. There are some lovely walks to enjoy as well.
Russell Coleman (04/08/2025, 18:27):
The wee shops are braw, with bonnie and helpful staff. Nevertheless, it's no longer the same since Jenner's shut its doors. Still, the dinky, independently-owned units are worth our patronage.
Daniel Parker (04/08/2025, 08:24):
Went to the shopping mall when the market was on. It was a surprise trip for me, I had never been here before and was very pleasantly surprised by all the things you can do here. We visited the bird of prey center and took a walk over to the chip shop Blue Lagoon. Definitely will be back to visit the red squirrel trail and explore the shops and cafes inside.
Diane Patterson (31/07/2025, 01:58):
What a lovely place! Perfect for a family outing or a romantic day out. There are so many diverse paths to explore and stunning views to enjoy. Loch Lomond Shores is conveniently nearby, offering a wonderful experience. And if you take a drive along the length of Loch Lomond, I believe it's approximately 23 to 25 miles long. Make sure to stop at the Falls of Falloch on the way to Stirling – it's absolutely breathtaking and not to be missed.
Brittany Hamilton (30/07/2025, 06:03):
Stunning shopping malls surrounded by natural beauty, diverse stores, boat rentals, and oceanfront dining options. Enjoy exploring souvenir shops, fashion boutiques, and an array of delicious food choices while taking in the breathtaking sea life surroundings.
Wayne Jackson (29/07/2025, 12:38):
Beautiful afternoon exploring the shops, admiring the architecture, and sipping on a delicious cup of coffee.
Hannah Russell (27/07/2025, 15:30):
Seems like the shopping mall may have seen better days. Our visit was in the wee hours, so it wasn't bustling with activity. A perk is that it's pet-friendly, which is always a plus. The folks at Cafe Zest were delightful and took great care of our furry friends. The vistas from the cafe and Costa Coffee shop are simply stunning.
Michelle Hernandez (27/07/2025, 05:13):
A fine assortment of shops to peruse and splendid surroundings to admire while shopping.
Tyler Ortiz (24/07/2025, 23:27):
Just popped into this quaint shopping mall the other day, right by the bonnie Loch Lomond. Took a wee stroll through the woods by the loch too, such lovely views! Was here a few years back and must say, it's lost a bit of its charm and cleanliness since then. Still worth a visit though, for sure.
