Most of the stores are closed, and they look deserted, such a pity. I have loads of memories from this place, you know, popping in for a bit of shopping, getting a trim, and grabbing a spot of lunch.

A tad disheartening, I must say. Quite a few shops have shut their doors. However, the shopping mall is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and having Costa there is definitely a plus!

It's quite unfortunate to see the decline in quality ever since we lost M&S and more recently Wilko as anchor tenants at the shopping mall. The additional drawback of parking charges only adds to the inconvenience.

This place is a bit antiquated, lacking energy, and almost half of its units are vacant. Not the most enticing advertisement to visit Hamilton.

It's a tad bit disappointing compared to its former glory. Ever since M&S shut down, the place feels rather deserted. Both Boots and WH Smith are no longer there. However, there is still a mix of shops including Trespass (in the process of shutting down with a closing down sale currently happening), Costa, The Officers Club, Wilko (sadly closed now), several mobile phone shops, and a couple of others.

Great spot right in the heart of the town center. Plenty of affordable parking choices available. You'll find all the top shops like M&S, Boots, Superdrug, a coffee shop, WH Smiths, and O2 (the only telecom company still offering free EU roaming!). Plus, it's all under one roof, which is a huge plus on those sunny days in Scotland.

The mall was tidy and had a pleasant ambiance, but there weren't many stores to explore and I was disappointed to have to pay for parking ☹️. I don't think I'll be returning in a hurry.

Security personnel at this shopping mall are absolutely dreadful. They are incredibly impolite and quickly resort to harassing individuals if situations do not unfold as they wish. Their behavior escalates rapidly, and their staff definitely need to be properly trained and managed. I have already filed two complaints about them.

Quite disappointing experience, I must say. The variety of shops is quite limited and the overall atmosphere is lacking. As you walk towards the mall entrance, the area appears rather rundown and many shops are closed. Exiting onto Quarry Street doesn't fare any better, as it seems to be in a state of disrepair and uncleanliness. It's truly disheartening to see, especially considering that just a few years ago this town center was bustling and lively.

Reasonably satisfactory for what's available, although the options are limited. The standout store would have to be The Works, but I must say, it's rather baffling why they consider it appropriate to impose charges for parking at such a deserted mall.

Absolutely brilliant shopping mall with a plethora of amenities, including massage chairs! I must say, I was thoroughly impressed (and wonderfully relaxed) and will definitely be making a return visit soon!

It's a tad tricky to give an overall rating to the shopping mall. Some of the shops there are quite decent, particularly the ones selling fresh produce and handbags, as well as the main retail stores. However, there are definitely areas that could use some improvement.

Since my initial review, the situation has taken a nosedive. Many of the good shops have shut down or moved out of the mall. The fruit stall? Nowhere to be found. The handbag shop? Gone. Boots is set to close in July. It's been said that this exodus is a result of town center revitalization efforts, but so far, there hasn't been any tangible signs of progress—just a town center that seems to be fading away.

I just popped into highst to pick up a school uniform, but I was really impressed by the exterior of the shopping mall. I definitely plan on coming back for a proper visit!

I was terribly scammed when I parked at this shopping mall. I highly recommend steering clear of it to avoid any similar situations.

I didn't even know this place was here, but once I stumbled upon it, I was quite pleased. It's a quaint little shopping mall with a decent selection of stores. The atmosphere was clean and well-lit. The woman at Holland and Barrett was incredibly helpful and offered some fantastic advice.
