I must say, the selection of footwear and clothing is absolutely brilliant. The staff here are so lovely and helpful, they really do go above and beyond to assist you. The prices are also very reasonable, making this one of the top Nike outlets in town.

The experience I had with this store, both over the phone and in person, was truly exceptional. I encountered an issue with a product I had purchased online and contacted the store for assistance. The gentleman who assisted me on the phone immediately alleviated my concerns and invited me to return the item in person, as I did not have the necessary online paperwork for a self-return.

Upon arriving at the store, I was welcomed by a friendly and helpful young man at the customer service desk (a different individual from the one I spoke to on the phone). Although I can't recall his name, he was extremely accommodating, agreed with my assessment of the product, and displayed great knowledge about their offerings. He made the process of returning the item and reordering a new one seamless and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated.

The staff at this store is not only very friendly but also highly competent. I would wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit, as they have a wide selection of top-quality products and a team of outstanding employees who are always willing to assist.

This shop is absolutely brilliant, mate! So much variety and plenty of space to park your car. And don't forget about the coffee shop right across the way. Plus, you can enjoy a lovely view of the mountain range while you're here. Top-notch experience all around!

Not a good experience at all. I wouldn't recommend this store as the staff seemed uninterested in helping me and tried to overcharge me for a pair of trainers. They insisted on a price of £78 when it was clearly marked as £48 on the box and confirmed by other employees. The lady at the checkout, who was there around 3:30-4:00pm on December 26th, 2018, was particularly unhelpful. I will be sharing my negative experience with everyone I know, and I'm sure they won't be shopping there either. It's a shame, as they are likely losing around 20 customers daily due to poor customer service.

We've been loyal customers at this store for a while now, but the experience we had just before Christmas last year was quite disheartening. We went in to pick up a few items and felt like we were being treated as potential shoplifters. It seemed that wherever we went in the store, we were being closely monitored even though it was a busy day with plenty of other customers around. It's a shame because I had purchased clothing and shoes from this store just a couple of months prior. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this store, and I'm sure they'll notice the impact on their sales.
