Game is an amazing store for video game consoles, games, plushies, and everything else you may need for gaming. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. I don't often shop, but when I do, I appreciate a good selection. However, I'm not a fan of long wait times for payment or seeking assistance. It would be great to see more variety and products in the store, as there were instances where I had to leave due to a lack of available help.

When you're in a rush and not keen on the upselling, they can get a bit touchy. However, they have a decent selection of stock otherwise.

They didn't seem too keen on lending a hand. One member of staff actually strolled off the shop floor upon spotting me waiting in line. The chap who did assist was decent. It's now the sole choice in town following the closure of the Union store.

The staff at this sportswear store are absolutely brilliant - attentive, helpful, and so friendly.

I must say, though, the big bosses upstairs seem to be steering the stores towards more merchandising and less focus on the actual games, which is a bit disappointing.

I reckon they could up their game with trade-in prices, make 'em a bit more competitive.

I do appreciate the selection of board games they've got in store, but gotta admit, their prices are a tad steep.

Not many stores carry Pokémon cards. We didn't realize that GAME sold them until we tried to buy some from WHSmith and they were sold out once again. Thank you, GAME, for saving us from an 8-year-old tantrum.

I found meself havin' to make a visit to the store as the manager were not willin' to swap out me son's dodgy controller. Owing to the covid situation, I had to stand in line for a bit, observin' how they were dealin' with customers. It was truly shockin'. They sorted out the refund while I was there, but when me son went alone, they gave 'im the runaround. I can't even begin to describe 'ow atrocious their customer service be! Steer clear, better off buyin' online.

Oh dear, what a disappointment! I had placed a £600 order at this store, specifically for the PS4 bundle deal they were promoting. However, when it came time to fulfill the order, they were missing one of the games. I asked if they could offer an alternative, but they couldn't accommodate my request. It's quite frustrating that they couldn't be flexible over a £10 game and honor their advertised deal. Thankfully, I decided to check out Argos instead, where I not only found a slightly cheaper deal but also received two £10 vouchers. It may not have been as convenient, but at least I got some compensation for the inconvenience.
