Just got meself their 2028 Olympic bar, top-notch quality for the price. The spin is proper good and I fancy the rough knurling on the bar. Their customer service is spot on as well, sorted me out right quick when me item was out of stock, and gone the extra mile to sort me order. Cheers and will definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely thrilled with my purchases from the Sportswear store. The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving a day ahead of schedule due to the courier's error, not the shop's fault. It was no trouble at all since I was home anyway! The customer service is exceptional, setting a high standard for other companies to follow. I bombarded them with questions via email, and they responded promptly. I'm setting up a home gym to avoid traveling to my usual gym, and Strength Shop had everything I needed in stock. The delivery company they used was also excellent. Although it was a curbside drop, the driver kindly assisted me with the heavier items to my house, going above and beyond. Overall, I would rate them 10 out of 10. My only pending item is a bar that will be dispatched tomorrow, completing my equipment collection from them. 💪

Note: The red clamps on top of the plates were not purchased from Strength Shop, but they offer similar ones. I already owned those.

I recently purchased an Olympic Swiss bar from strength shop.ie and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The welds were done so poorly that the plates could not even fit over the end caps, which were uneven and raised due to the welding. It was clear that the bar was unusable and had not passed any quality control checks. Despite my concerns, Strength Shop only offered a 10% refund or a replacement for the bar. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the time and money spent importing the bar from the UK to Ireland.
