Great range of food options, the fishmonger is fantastic and the bakery is top-notch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I've been to this supermarket three times in the past week and each time I've tried to use the express checkout, I've had to wait in line behind customers with full shopping carts. The staff don't seem to be enforcing the 12 items or less rule, which defeats the purpose of having an express checkout.

I ordered food for 3 people but the waitress seemed more focused on having me fill out a track and trace form than actually taking our order. As a result, she forgot to include one of the meals. When the food was eventually brought to us and I mentioned that we were missing a meal, I was accused of lying. I had receipts to prove my order at the till. I requested to speak with a manager but was ignored. The staff dismissed my complaint and walked away without taking it seriously.

I went shopping this morning and found the aisles to be overflowing with products, with a long queue at the checkout afterwards. I had to wait a while just to buy some paper. This store is definitely not user-friendly for shoppers. It felt more like organized chaos!

Absolutely top-notch service from the staff, they went above and beyond to track down a specific item I was after, which wasn't even out on the shelves yet.

The supermarket is really well-organized, clean, and neat. The staff is always very helpful. I'm not a fan of doing big grocery shopping, but Morrisons seems to make it a bit more manageable.

The staff here are just lovely. A gentleman who works there kindly took a pack of beer from the shelf and placed it in my cart for me, as I've injured my back. He made sure to position the barcode facing up so that the cashier could easily scan it while still in the cart. Such considerate service!

Superb selection of groceries, my dad is quite the fan of this establishment due to its wide array of offerings. He particularly enjoys indulging in the delightful fish and chips served at the café. I opted for the macaroni which was passable, though it seemed to lack that homemade touch. Not too bad, better than other supermarkets. I found what I needed, and the staff was helpful. I needed dog food from the top shelf and asked a staff member to reach it for me, which he did. Much appreciated!

Now the supermarket in Alloa is the priciest around. And let me tell you, if you're looking for some fresh cold cuts, steer clear of this place. I found myself waiting and waiting at the deli counter on three different occasions without any service. Absolutely dreadful service. 😒

Could you kindly double-check that your opening hours are accurately listed on your website and on Google? I showed up just past 6 and discovered that the store doesn't open until 7. I observed several customers approaching the entrance only to be informed by the cleaning crew that it was closed. Chances are they've likely headed over to Tesco instead.

I say, the Cafe has really taken a turn for the worse. Once again, no fish available today. I decided to opt for the Lasagne instead, only to find it arrived without the salad. I had to go back up, queue again, and request the salad. By the time I returned to my seat, the lasagne had gone cold.

The cafe is promoting a deal - £8.99 for a drink, main course, and a dessert. However, none of the desserts in the cafe were included in the offer! I ordered fish and chips with garden peas, but it arrived with mushy peas instead. I overlooked this and inquired about tartare sauce packets, only to be informed that they were out of stock. Oh dear!

I do not comprehend what transpired in the cafe this day, but our order took an eternity to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incorrect on two occasions. Moreover, we never did receive our eggs with our breakfast in the end. Many diners were left without sustenance and had to voice their grievances.

The new supermarket in Bishopbriggs is a bonnie addition, offering a wider array of goods with a smashing meat and fish counter. It's always buzzing with activity. A lovely new spot in Bishopbriggs, although I can't help but feel like I'm being unfaithful to Asda.
