Supermarket ain't half bad, got plenty of stock and them fruit scones are top-notch. But let me tell ya, their own brand toastie loaf is a real letdown, right dodgy quality if you ask me.
Charles Richardson (18/05/2025, 03:40):
This supermarket is truly top-notch for all your grocery needs. While other supermarkets may not offer fresh fish, Morrisons continues to provide this service. Highly recommend!

Visited Morrisons cafe for the first time today.
Sadly, the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed.
Regrettably, the food was inedible; I attempted to enjoy it, but it simply wasn't appetizing.
I must admit, the woman seated across from us also deterred me by accidentally dropping an egg on her table, then picking it up with her hand and using a piece of toast to clean the mess before consuming it.

The service at the cafe was simply atrocious! My autistic daughter placed an order, only for them to return after 5 long minutes and inform us they did not have the item. When my daughter needed a moment to comprehend this and select something else, the employee huffily departed while muttering "take your time, I have all day." It is evident from my daughter's mannerisms that she has autism, thus more patience would have been appreciated. Treating any customer in such a manner, let alone a disabled child, is utterly unacceptable! The food was also excessively greasy, which did not warrant the wait or the poor attitude displayed by the staff.

Just popped into this Morrisons for a quick visit on a Sunday afternoon.

My primary reason for stopping by was to use the restroom, which I successfully did without any hitches. The bathroom was your typical setup with a few stalls and a urinal. Everything seemed tidy, although I didn't pay too much mind to that detail. The flush on the stall worked well and released a good amount of water.

The sink area was relatively clean. The faucets were the automatic kind and only dispensed cold water. There wasn't any soap available. They had the standard hand dryer that more or less just blows water all over your hands instead of drying them properly.

I'd rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

The lines were dreadfully long, and 2 supervisors, just standing there, simply observed. They could have put in some effort and opened another register. But then again, that might have been too much to ask for them.

I am always thrilled when Supermarket offers whole salmon on sale. They kindly fillet it for you too. We portion it and freeze it, but we also use the trimmings to make delicious fishcakes. Can't beat that deal!
Kathleen Watson (10/05/2025, 06:27):
Kudos to the chap in the café today. What a delightful fellow! Greeting customers, briefing us on the forms and procedures before we stepped in, seating us comfortably, serving our food, ensuring everything was spick and span and sanitized... I wish I knew his name so he could receive the recognition he truly deserves.
Evelyn Rivera (09/05/2025, 14:59):
This establishment offers the finest fillet steaks in Scotland, and it seems that Morrisons is the sole remaining store with a butcher. We are regular customers here and always purchase our meat from this location.
Adam Watson (08/05/2025, 11:10):
This place is top-notch! I frequent it often for their salad bar and Sunday breakfast in the restaurant section. They consistently have everything I need in terms of food and convenience. The discounts on alcohol are impressive, and I've never encountered any problems with them. Their cooked chicken in the back is fantastic, and the quality of their meats is always excellent.
Russell Hughes (05/05/2025, 17:48):
Just indulged in a spot of brunch at a quaint little cafe in Alloa. The grub was piping hot and absolutely scrumptious, prepared just right to cater to my particular tastes. The staff were quite polite and swift in their service. A truly delightful dining experience, I must say!
Beverly Hayes (04/05/2025, 03:03):
Quite a chaotic scene at the supermarket with a lack of social distancing. Customers casually chatting in the aisles without considering others trying to navigate the store safely. Despite a queuing system in place, the shop felt overcrowded and I couldn't quite see the benefits.
Charlotte Torres (03/05/2025, 23:06):
I opted for the full Scottish breakfast yesterday (March 7th) and I must say, it was quite a disappointment. The wait was excruciatingly long, the square sausage was overcooked to a crisp, the tinned mushrooms were dried out from the microwave, and even the baked beans were served cold. The only salvageable item was the toast, which was also served cold. It's such a shame because this establishment used to serve great breakfasts, but this experience was truly a waste of money.
Leonard Reyes (02/05/2025, 19:05):
This place has got toilet facilities and a baby changing area, which is an absolute necessity in this day and age for a modern supermarket. Self-service options are also on offer, which many folks seem to favor nowadays, especially when they're just popping in for a few bits and bobs and don't want to queue behind someone doing a big shop.
Mark Myers (02/05/2025, 12:20):
I recently had the pleasure of meeting the community champion at Morrison's, I didn't even know they had one! What a fantastic initiative and they were so friendly to speak with. Thanks for the great chat, TINYS GB cycle ride!
Kenneth Nguyen (01/05/2025, 07:39):
Superb supermarket with an extensive range of goods to select from. The staff is so friendly, and the café is absolutely lovely! I highly recommend it!
