I recently had the pleasure of visiting a tailor to have my beloved Bonnie Price Charlie jacket altered, and let me tell you, it was no simple task! The jacket was completely re-tailored to give it a bespoke fit. As a former member of the military, I can attest to the high standards and reasonable prices offered by this company. You truly get what you pay for, and I highly recommend their services.

The suit jacket I recently bought for a wedding needed the vented cuff shortened. I took it to a city center alteration shop, but they completely botched it by simply folding the cuff and sewing it, without preserving the vent. I could have done that myself! Then, I visited Clark's where Margaret, a lovely lady, assured me they could rectify the issue with my jacket. The difference was remarkable! Clark's did an outstanding job and truly saved the day. I am extremely pleased with the service. It was definitely worth the 40-minute drive. From now on, I will only trust Clark's for alterations! - Kenny

I had a rather large tear on my jacket. I thought it was ruined. Took it in for repairs and you wouldn't even know it was there before. Really pleased with the outcome. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service.

Margaret, the seamstress, is just brilliant. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Outstanding service. They possess a wealth of expertise and provide brilliant suggestions for enhancing existing garments that hadn't crossed my mind. My clothes have been completely transformed and now have a fresh lease on life. Absolutely fantastic tailors.

I recently paid a visit to this fine tailor establishment, without naming names, however, there was an encounter with a certain employee by the name of Margaret that left much to be desired. It appears that Margaret may have skipped the class on tact and politeness.

Upon entering the shop and inquiring about having a garment tailored, I approached with a warm smile and politely requested if they could work their tailoring magic on my attire. To my surprise, Margaret responded with a rather brusque and dismissive "no." No attempt to grasp my needs or provide an explanation, just a flat-out refusal.

There are ways to convey such information without making the customer feel like a burden. It seems Margaret missed the memo on providing quality customer service and basic human decency. Her lack of professionalism and courtesy truly taint the reputation of this establishment.

It is my hope that the management or owner takes note of this feedback and addresses the behavior of their staff member. It is unfortunate that one individual's actions can impact the perception of the whole business, but alas, such is the reality in this instance.

Update: If it is indeed true that the employee in question has experienced a recent loss and is struggling emotionally, it would be appropriate for her to take the time off to properly grieve and recover before returning to work. This is a matter that should not be taken lightly.

Update 2: Additionally, it is disheartening to witness that instead of offering an apology for the subpar service I received, the owner opted for a defensive and justifying response. This reaction is underwhelming, to say the least.

Final Update: The owner themselves could benefit from a lesson or two in providing exceptional customer service. With such an attitude, they do not merit the patronage of anyone. I would advise steering clear of this establishment.

I recently had 2 buttons repaired on my leather coat at Tailor and I must say the service was excellent! 5 stars all the way. I will definitely return if I need anything else fixed. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!
