My mum popped into this shop today and had a rather dreadful experience, I must say. She had arranged for a 90-minute fitting session, only to be informed that she could only try on two types of dresses because, and I quote the salesperson, "they are too costly to try on extensively." Nowhere on their website does it state such a restriction. To make matters worse, she wasn't offered any hats or shoes to complete her outfit. Meanwhile, the sales staff were scurrying around fetching hats and shoes for another customer who hadn't even booked an appointment. It truly put a damper on what was supposed to be a delightful experience for my mum. I wouldn't consider shopping there for anything from now on, and I've made sure to advise all the wedding guests and even the mother of the groom to steer clear as well.

After a few Google searches, we stumbled upon Gina Smart and from the very first phone call to the entire shopping experience, it was an absolute delight.
