Outstanding service from the most delightful, welcoming, and charming ladies. We were fortunate to have an appointment with Josephine for Mother of the Bride dress shopping. Describing this lady as an expert in her field would be an understatement; she is a true master... as I mentioned to her during our appointment! Josephine was more than willing to assist with all our requests, demonstrating patience and providing insightful advice on various styles and designs.
Furthermore, her sense of humor wasn't too shabby either.
Every lady in the store was exceptional; my mother has now purchased two Mother of the Bride outfits from the shop and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for any future special occasions.

Took me mum to frox of Falkirk this arvo from Dunfermline to find an outfit for me niece's wedding in a couple of weeks. Didn't know you had to book an appointment. But the lovely ladies welcomed us in and were dead helpful with me mum, who's been unwell lately. They were dead patient and accommodating, and me mum left with a lovely 2 piece set.
