I must say, quite disappointed with my experience at this establishment today. It appears their focus is geared more towards assisting individuals hunting for prom dresses, whereas I was in search of an outfit for a significant occasion. To my dismay, I was presented with a rather inexpensive black dress to try on without any follow-up inquiry about my fitting. Despite my repeated inquiries about the Kevan Jon dress displayed in the window, it was not even offered to me in my size. Departed the premises feeling slightly uncomfortable, and even my 11-year-old son noticed the lackluster service.

My experience last Thursday night at the boutique was quite disappointing. I had a booking for 4:30 pm to allow my daughter to try on prom dresses with my parents accompanying us. However, upon arrival, the tiny shop was overcrowded with three other girls already trying on dresses, leaving us waiting around without any space to even browse through the collection. When my daughter finally got to a dressing cubicle, it was half an hour past our scheduled time and she received minimal assistance. Additionally, there was a particular girl who seemed to monopolize the staff's attention as she tried on multiple dresses with her entire family present, making it uncomfortable for other customers like us. My parents, who have health issues, had to wait in the car and missed out on seeing their granddaughter in potential dresses.

The lack of equal attention and priority given to all customers left us feeling unappreciated and undervalued. Despite the high prices of the dresses, we did not feel that our custom was valued. As a self-employed individual myself, I understand the importance of treating every customer fairly and with respect, which was clearly lacking in this instance. Overall, our experience at the boutique was disappointing and did not leave us inclined to make a purchase or recommend the store to others.

The shop was quite snug with an abundance of dresses. I thought they ought to carry a broader range of sizes. Not everyone fits into a 4-8. Despite having scheduled an appointment, there were others waiting to access the fitting rooms. In my view, if appointments are offered, one should have uninterrupted time without walk-ins from off the street.

Excellent service and fantastic selection! I stopped by Deja when searching for my prom gown and was truly impressed by the wide range of styles available. The team was incredibly welcoming, and with their assistance and recommendations, I found the ideal dress. I will definitely be a returning customer the next time I'm in need of a dress.

I must say, I was rather disappointed with my visit to Deja Elite Boutique. In search of the perfect dress for my 21st birthday celebration, I stumbled upon their website. It clearly indicated that no appointments were necessary outside of peak prom season (Jan-Mar) and walk-ins were encouraged. Despite this, upon arriving at the store after a journey of over an hour, I was met with a less than welcoming attitude. From the moment I entered, I was informed that I couldn't browse or try on any dresses due to not having scheduled an appointment. Despite explaining that I wasn't looking for a prom dress, the staff member seemed disinterested and her demeanor made me feel belittled. Never before have I encountered such poor customer service; the situation could have certainly been handled in a more courteous manner.

I took my daughter to find her prom dress, and let me tell you, the staff were absolutely lovely! So welcoming, friendly, and zero pressure when it came to sales. The selection of dresses was massive, and my daughter was expertly guided through all the different styles until she found the perfect one. What a wonderful team of staff - thank you so much!
