We had such a wonderful experience at Sarah Louise Bridal! After having no luck at a couple of other downtown stores, we decided to give them a call just in case they had availability for both the bride and bridesmaids dresses. The team was incredibly helpful and were able to accommodate us right away! When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and given a tour of the store. Annemarie was so attentive and helped the bride find her dream dress! Since we had a big bridal party, the staff were very understanding and we were able to try on a variety of bridesmaids styles as well. We wholeheartedly recommend Sarah Louise Bridal!

I've had the pleasure of visiting Sarah Louise Bridal a few times in the past couple of months, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful.
My first visit was when I was selecting bridesmaids' dresses. The service was fantastic, we never felt pressured or rushed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The selection of dresses, both for brides and bridesmaids, was excellent. We had a private section of the shop to ourselves, and the team was so knowledgeable and supportive in every way. They were so amazing that I regretted not getting my wedding dress from them and have even asked them to do my alterations.
Lorraine (the owner) and her team really know how to make everyone who walks through their doors feel special and unique. I highly recommend paying a visit to Sarah Louise Bridal - you won't be disappointed.

What a splendid experience I had at Sarah Louise Bridal today. I contacted the store via social media beforehand as I felt apprehensive about trying on dresses, especially given my self-consciousness about my figure after having 2 kids. The exchange of messages with the store reassured me and eased my nerves about my upcoming visit. Upon arrival, Annmarie greeted me warmly and created a relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to browse and select dresses at my own pace. She never once made me feel self-conscious or embarrassed about my appearance, and with her expert guidance, I discovered my perfect dream dress (which she graciously retrieved from a mannequin for me to try!) along with a lovely veil to complement it. The other staff members in the store greeted me kindly and complimented how I looked in the dress, further boosting my confidence and making me feel completely at ease. Lorraine and her team have been absolutely fantastic from the moment I first stepped into the shop to collect my dress after it had been cleaned and boxed post-wedding. The shop boasts a great selection of gowns for all budgets, and I was able to find my dream dress in no time. I also purchased my bridesmaids' dresses there, and they were all expertly taken care of as well. During my initial appointment to try on bridal gowns, she took her time and didn't rush me as I tried on several dresses. She had a deep knowledge of the stock and was able to guide me based on my preferences. I ended up finding the perfect dress, and during a second fitting, Anne Marie informed me about bridesmaid dresses that matched my chosen gown. We all found the perfect dresses in the end.
