I jolly well wish I could give Bijoux Bridal more than 5 stars because let me tell you, my experience was absolutely top-notch.
From the moment I sauntered in, we were all treated like absolute royalty. I arrived a tad late due to a spot of bother with the trains, but despite that hiccup, the team couldn't have been lovelier and were ever so understanding. It seemed they could sense my slight fluster and nerves, so right off the bat, they put me at ease, and I just knew I had made the right choice coming to Bijoux Bridal.
First off, the shop is just divine. Impeccably kept, warm, bright, and oh so inviting. There was this indescribable lovely ambiance in the shop. The layout was spot on, plenty of space to wander around, truly a beautiful bridal shop.
I had the pleasure of working with Rachel as my stylist, and she was an absolute gem. I couldn't fault her in the slightest. Rachel was kind, patient, positive, and understanding all the way through. She didn't rush me or push me into a decision, she respected my budget, and she was genuinely committed to helping me find the dress of my dreams. Honestly, she was extraordinary! I visited Bijoux with my mum, auntie, and best friend, and they just can't stop raving about how wonderful she was.
The whole team was fantastic as well, I can't sing their praises enough. They all made me feel like the most important person in the world and joined in celebrating with me. It truly made me feel so special, like the star of the show!
My time there was truly one of the most magical moments of my life, one I'll cherish forever, especially when Rachel officially asked if I was saying "yes to the dress" and we all shouted YES!!! Everyone was shouting with joy, including my family and friends. It's a memory that will stay with me always.
I will ALWAYS recommend Bijoux. If you're thinking about booking an appointment, JUST DO IT! Trust me, you won't regret it!

I can't fault Bijoux at all. From the warm welcome at the entrance, to being escorted to our seats and offered welcome drinks. My stylist Morgan was absolutely fabulous. I was a bit nervous as it was my first bridal appointment, but I felt instantly at ease with her and she is truly outstanding at her craft.
