The entire team was so friendly, welcoming, and not pushy at all. After visiting a few other bridal shops with mixed experiences, this was such a breath of fresh air. Their booking policy allows for dedicated time in a peaceful setting with just a few other clients around, which instantly put me at ease. And can you believe they even offer chilled Prosecco for the bridal party? Such a lovely touch!
I have to give a special shoutout to Amanda, my expert consultant. She was incredibly patient as I tried on numerous dresses, making sure each one was perfectly fitted so I could envision how a properly sized dress would look. I had an incredible experience at Sarah Louise! Amanda was absolutely fantastic - she made me feel so comfortable and really enhanced the whole experience. There was zero pressure and Amanda's assistance was invaluable. I appreciated being able to browse the store and select a few options before Amanda suggested some more adventurous choices. I fell in love with a dress, but I had an appointment at another bridal shop scheduled. Amanda was incredibly accommodating, offering to have me return the same day if I still felt strongly about the dress I had chosen originally. When we did return, my bridesmaids tried on some dresses for themselves and we ultimately ended up purchasing all of our dresses here! It was a truly remarkable experience, with expert guidance and a significant item checked off my to-do list. I can't wait to return when my dress arrives! I 'ad such a brilliant experience purchasin' me dress 'ere. I was lookin' for a dress VERY last minute as I 'ad fallen out o' love with me previous dress due to a 2 year Covid delay. Sarah Louise Bridal fitted me in last minute and took the time to listen to what I liked and didn't like about me previous dress. They understood me limited budget and guided me to where I could look for dresses without goin' above the budget which I really appreciated. Amanda was brilliant and didn't make me feel rushed at all through the appointment - which I 'ad very much felt at other shops. She made me feel really special and looked after. I would also like to thank their seamstress who did a brilliant job. I needed some modifications made to the under skirt to accommodate me insulin pump and the seamstress created the perfect little pocket with a clasp so it was really secure through all the dancin', easily accessible and you couldn't see it at all. I would definitely recommend goin' 'ere for your dress.

Since my grandma needed wheelchair access, they went above and beyond to accommodate us on the bridesmaid floor, providing us with our own exclusive section to ensure a comparable experience to the bridal suite downstairs.
Nikki, in particular, was exceptional at selecting dresses that suited my preferences and body shape.
