I was expecting the bridal shop to have more of a bustling atmosphere, with racks of dresses for browsing. I was concerned it would be crowded and I wouldn't have a good time, but that was not the case at all. The shop was pleasantly quiet, with just a few other brides having their appointments at the same time as me. It created a relaxed ambiance, and the staff were delightful and extremely helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this shop, as the dresses are all of excellent quality for their price. I actually found my dress during my first shopping experience, and I enjoyed it so much that I am a bit sad I won't get to repeat the process again.

I had a clear vision of what I wanted, and I found a dress that matched my dreams right away. However, I hesitated because it was an off-the-rack piece and I was concerned about the condition. Abby, the staff member who assisted me, was absolutely incredible. She could sense my love for the dress even when I had a moment of doubt due to some minor imperfections. Abby went above and beyond by suggesting that the dress could be ordered new since it had only recently arrived from Bijoux.
