My daughter 'ad a lovely experience pickin' 'er communion dress with Gemma. The girls in the shop work bloomin' 'ard to make sure all the little girls feel special and are 'appy in their dresses. What a splendid service from beginning to end! From the moment we booked a day to try on communion dresses, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and had such a delightful manner. Upon arriving at the shop, we were warmly welcomed at the door with a charming glass of lemonade and an offer of a donut for my daughter (and us!), which she joyfully accepted. Every member of the staff was delightful in their manner and so full of enthusiasm. They made sure to make all the girls feel special, giving them such kind attention. And then our helper, Gemma, who assisted my daughter in trying on her dresses, had the most wonderful demeanor, going above and beyond to ensure that my daughter, mother, and I had a fantastic day. All of the dresses were absolutely stunning, and just when we thought we had found "the one," we stumbled upon yet another lovely dress. In the end, my daughter found and settled on the dress she loved the most, and she adored it when Gemma made a big deal of asking, "Have we just said yes to the dress?!" The whole session was filled with lovely touches. I would definitely highly recommend the shop, its staff, and the stunning dresses! Truly excellent!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this children's clothing store. I had ordered a communion dress for my daughter's special day and it was a complete disaster. When we initially tried on the dress in the store, we found one that we liked but needed some alterations to the length, waist, and arms. However, when we picked up the dress three months later, it was completely wrong. It was too small, the arms were even tighter than before, and it wouldn't even button up at the back.
The manager was unprofessional, leaving a young girl who clearly didn't know how to handle the situation to deal with us. They offered to fix the veil that we didn't even ask for, but refused to make any alterations to the dress itself. It was clear that they had mixed up my daughter's measurements with another customer's.
With my daughter's communion just days away, I had to take the dress to another shop for alterations, only to find out that the measurements were completely messed up. The whole experience was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone - they are highly unhelpful and lack professionalism. It's clear that they are only interested in taking people's money and don't care about making someone's special day truly special.
