I've been using their services for years, and I must say the staff is very professional and friendly. They make you feel at ease, especially if it's your first time. The store can get quite busy, but you're never left waiting without a warm greeting. The entire process, from getting measured to selecting styles, picking up, and returning the hire items, is seamless. The only time I can envision not using their hire service is when I decide to purchase an outfit for myself, which I'll likely do from them as well.

Very disappointed with the service I received from this clothing store. I took advantage of a 10% online discount offer on Saturday, March 25th, only to receive a call a week later to confirm my order before processing. To my surprise, they informed me that one of the items was out of stock, which was not indicated at the time of purchase. Additionally, the 10% discount was not applied to all items as expected, as it only covered full-priced items. I decided to cancel my order and request a refund due to these issues.

Disappointing experience with the wedding attire rental and purchase service.

Encountered several issues leading up to and on the day of my wedding:

- Incomplete order when I went to pick it up.
- Bought a waistcoat that had a snag and needed to be replaced.
- Incorrect information regarding the tie I purchased for collection.
- Mistakes in the kilt rental items that had to be corrected.
- Still had issues with the rental items on the day of the wedding.

Overall, a stressful experience, especially when the groomsmen contacted me about the wrong items the day before the wedding.

On the positive side:
- Received a complimentary hire bag as an apology for some of the mistakes.
- The staff were friendly throughout the process.
- No complaints about their Dundee branch, which provided great service.

I would suggest exploring other options for kilt hire shops in Aberdeen.

Lack of customer service - I had a wee bag and requested the shopkeeper to store it while I browsed, but was met with a refusal. I purchased a Harris Tweed Brora bag for 65 pounds, although it was advertised on the website for 55 pounds.

Robyn was absolutely brilliant and dedicated almost 2 hours of her day helping me pick out the perfect outfit.

She even attended to other customers while assisting me!

They have a wealth of experience in the trade and went above and beyond to assist me. I can't recall the name of the individual who helped me, but their dedication and professionalism truly stood out.

Picked up my kilt for the wedding here, along with vests for the groomsmen and a complete kilt for my son. They had a huge range of tartans to choose from, and the fitting service was top-notch. The staff were fantastic - really helpful and knowledgeable. They even suggested looking at the 'ex-rental' options to help me save some money.

They went above and beyond to make sure my kilt was ready in time for the big day, and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. A big thank you to everyone there for their hard work!
