I reckon it'd be a smashing idea to include a halal meat section like the one in the Garthdee store. It would cater to a wider range of customers and make the supermarket even more diverse and welcoming. Cheers!
Zoey Morris (17/07/2025, 01:58):
If you state that the supermarket closes at 10pm, do not prevent customers who urgently need to buy gas for heating from entering when they arrive at 9:55. Moreover, do not deceive them by claiming that Morrisons allows such purchases.

Consider revising the closing time or hiring new security personnel.
Victoria Morgan (16/07/2025, 10:36):
Every time I visit, I always seem to come across incredibly rude, disrespectful, and overweight employees with sour attitudes. Employees who exhibit such rudeness and lack of respect towards customers ought to be promptly dismissed, including the managers. It's truly disheartening for me. If you don't enjoy your job, then perhaps it's best to just stay home. It's unfortunate to see disrespectful employees thriving in this environment.
Marilyn Simmons (14/07/2025, 19:25):
Lovely store located by the seaside. The cafe is wonderful. And I must say, Asda's home delivery service always exceeds expectations.
Marilyn Gutierrez (11/07/2025, 17:36):
I say, what's become of the smaller shopping trolleys? It's been months now and we're obliged to make do with the deeper ones. Not exactly a reason to return, if you ask me.
Brittany Clark (05/07/2025, 16:33):
Not happy at all, mate.
I paid for me shopping at the self checkout.
As I was walking to me van, a security bloke stopped me and asked if I had a receipt for me goods.
I felt proper intimidated and embarrassed. Asda won't be seeing me again, that's for sure. If I could, I'd give 'em no stars at all...
Sarah Hayes (05/07/2025, 10:05):
I had a splendid trip to the supermarket and managed to find everything on my list.
Mark Hamilton (04/07/2025, 08:13):
There ain't much info 'bout their click and collect service at the local store. Is it inside, where should I head to, what should I bring if I'm pickin' up for someone else?
Amy Ramos (03/07/2025, 19:57):
I went to the supermarket today and noticed that Asda's own brand milkshakes were priced at £0.60p, right next to the reduced section where they were also marked at £0.60p, with a sign saying they were reduced from £1.00. It seems like a bit of a shady move, trying to trick customers into thinking they're getting a discount. I'd appreciate a response about this issue, as I spend around £200 a month on groceries and if I continue to see these types of deceptive practices, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Thank you.
Bobby Gutierrez (30/06/2025, 23:43):
Aye, mate! I've noticed that the prices on the tags in this store can be a bit off at times. It's always a good idea to give 'em a once-over when you're scanning your bits at the self-checkout or take a peek at your receipt if someone else has rung you up, as they don't seem to keep their labels up to snuff.
Joseph Murphy (28/06/2025, 17:14):
Absolutely dreadful. A complete disaster. It was like a scene out of a blockbuster movie. The staff even had to resort to leaving handwritten notes for customers on where to place their food orders. We opted for a toastie and a panini, which miraculously appeared 15 minutes later on plates hotter than the sun.

In the meantime, we were mistakenly offered a burger and chips that weren't ours. When we politely informed the server, we were met with a rather curt response of "What are you waiting for then?" It was only after reiterating that the order wasn't ours that she bothered to verify our table number. It seems our meals had been ready for quite some time. I would advise avoiding this place at all costs; the staff seem to be plucked straight out of Middle Earth and are clearly disgruntled about Sauron's defeat.
Sharon Smith (28/06/2025, 16:35):
This supermarket is absolutely brilliant, mate! It's got all the essentials and it's located just by the beach. I've never had any troubles with the staff or the products, they're all so helpful and you don't have to wait in a long queue at the checkout. It's easy to find your way around the store, even though it's massive, and there are plenty of tills available. Top notch! 👍
Denise Reyes (28/06/2025, 05:52):
Not overly crowded, quite easy to maneuver in a motorized wheelchair. Successfully acquired all the items on my shopping list. And of course, couldn't resist some impromptu purchases as usual.
Keith Reyes (28/06/2025, 04:37):
I understand that everyone is adhering to social distancing measures, but I must say, the young lady at the customer service desk was quite unwelcoming. I was asked to step back twice, even though I was easily 5-6 meters away. I came to the store for a click and collect service, and despite being instructed to keep my distance multiple times, she insisted that I stand right next to the security guard. While I do appreciate the need for precautions, it seems that a bit more common sense and less heavy-handed approach would be more appropriate in this situation.
Eugene Cooper (27/06/2025, 15:24):
ASDA is not exactly a top-tier supermarket, in fact, this store is rather subpar. The displays are often disorganized and there's litter around. It could be because of the average customers they attract, but the staff really should be more on top of things.
Patricia Gutierrez (26/06/2025, 00:45):
The staff never seem to be in high spirits, always gathered in small groups of three or four with masks dangling under their chin or nose. Whenever I require help at the self-checkout, it appears to be an inconvenience on the faces of the staff.
Leonard Kelly (22/06/2025, 23:38):
Absolutely splendid experience at Asda, I must say! The chaps and lasses on staff were jolly friendly and always ready to assist in finding what we required. The only wee snag is best to steer clear after 1pm on a Saturday - it tends to get a tad gridlocked, you see. Cheers!
Randy Gray (22/06/2025, 07:06):
I popped into this place for a bite with the little ones. The grub was quite underwhelming, the pasta for the kids was charred, and the staff weren't exactly a ray of sunshine. Their customer service skills definitely left much to be desired.
Donald Lewis (21/06/2025, 01:26):
I must say, Asda stores seem to be lacking in the customer service department. Quite rude and disrespectful, if you ask me. It's no wonder they might be heading towards bankruptcy with such a negative attitude towards customers.
Chloe Collins (18/06/2025, 18:48):
This Asda superstore at the beach retail park is an absolute gem. Don't miss out on paying it a visit!
