Everything is going well with the kilt rental. I popped in to rent one for a mate from Australia and had all the measurements prepared. Chloe (I believe that was her name) was extremely helpful and got everything sorted for me. My friend is going to look very sharp at my wedding!

I tried to rent a kilt for Hogmanay on Friday the 29th, but was informed that there would be an additional "late order charge" on top of the regular fee. I ended up getting the kilt from a different store nearby that didn't have any extra charges, and I appreciated not feeling like I was causing any inconvenience to the staff by requesting their service.

I popped into the clothing store in Aberdeen yesterday, and to my dismay, it was closed. However, the proprietor happened to be there picking up a package and kindly opened the shop for me. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me in finding the specific colored tie I was looking for, even though the cash registers were not in operation. I am truly grateful for his generosity and excellent customer service.

So, we had a bit of a mixed experience at this clothing store. We rented some outfits for a family wedding and the fitting process went smoothly. The quality of the clothes on the day of the event was good. However, things took a turn when we had to return the outfits. An older family member accidentally stained a tie and the staff's attitude towards us paying for the cleaning charge was less than stellar. It left us feeling quite upset. We were more than willing to cover the cost, but it was the way the staff handled the situation that really bothered us. Needless to say, we won't be returning. A few members of our group were considering purchasing kilts from this store, but after this experience, they've decided to look elsewhere.

I'm only giving two stars for the daft attitude I received from the lass when I entered, and the lack of a lift, which means anyone with a disability would need to be carried downstairs.

I recently rented a kilt for my bairn's Communion and had it delivered to the house. The fella who dropped it off was a real friendly chap, looked like he'd sprinted all the way here 'cause he was proper sweaty and out of breath. But when I checked out the kilt, it was a right mess. Looked like it had been through the wars, covered in what seemed like spilled white-out and had a bit of a fishy smell, like it had been worn by someone from Peterhead before me. Despite all that, I reckon I'd still give them a thumbs up.

I walked into the shop to order a kilt for my wedding, and the staff member who was helping me got distracted by watching another staff member's Snapchat instead of completing the transaction. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before I decided to leave. I even overheard one of the staff members say, "Aren't you with a customer?" Absolutely shocking customer service.

Visited this shop because Philip king has been absorbed by them. The customer service and coordination over the phone to reschedule fittings was poor. Luckily, we inspected our order upon collection as half of the kilt accessories were missing from our package. Thank goodness we checked before making the 3-hour journey to a wedding. The only positive experience was with a young lady (long brown hair) downstairs who took measurements for my son and me, you were fantastic. I'll give two stars for the decent quality of the kilts, but that's all there is, I'm afraid.

I must say, my interaction with McCalls Highlandwear has been absolutely outstanding! I'm based in Canada but planning to elope to bonnie Scotland, so I reached out to McCalls via email to explore the option of ordering a kilt package for my father to collect upon his arrival.

The service was truly top-notch! - Helpful, friendly, prompt, resourceful, and just incredibly smooth and hassle-free! I appreciated being able to showcase the various options to my dad on the McCalls website, and then having a delightful, delightful associate assist us in selecting and preparing the ensemble.

They went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience that left me wanting to make more purchases! I'll definitely be turning to McCalls for future needs and look forward to visiting their store when we journey there ourselves.

Their service is exceptional, and I am absolutely thrilled to have had the opportunity to collaborate with them. What a fantastic experience for a once-in-a-lifetime acquisition. It means a great deal to my family and me!
